Something went wrong in my order and I received the wrong item. Originally I wrongly selected the wrong item. I contacted the customer service 5 minutes after my order and they replied they could not change the order. I had to wait for a month to receive the item I did not want to. Once I received the wrong item, I have contacted again the customer service. I have sent 3 emails before I got an answer from the customer service. They replied to me once after two weeks to explain to me that I would have to pay for the sending costs and that they could offer the exchange of items. Since then, nothing! Two weeks have passed and no reply. So basically I am busy with this company for 2 months for an item I did not want to.
Ordered a led lamp by Selzar, all looks normal till you get the tracking and see that this is Ali express order.
Tried to cancel, but since you order and 4 hours later cancel the order they will not accept even is this regulation of Netherlands.
No updates 4-6 days is not correct information I waited over 6 weeks to get bad quality lamp.
The lamp is not eu tested and cables are very thin.
The product (wall lamps) was eventually delivered and I'm happy with it. But it took over three weeks for it to be delivered (to Amsterdam), and of course it was shipped from China. If I wanted to order from China, with the long delivery time and troublesome returns it involves, I would do it from another platform (and cheaper). Selzar misleads customers by giving the impression that it's a local Dutch seller, and does not deliver goods in the promised time.
We ordered two dimple wall lamps, who were nicely discounted regarding to other websites. At first sight everything looked fine, but shortly after the order we suspected something was off. Tracking updates were very random and the link was a completely unknown shipping company. We quickly realised this item is directly shipped from China and the question was whether it would at all arrive, because of the lack of information. In the end, after more then one month we received a package with the two ‘lamps’, no order document or any information regarding the product. The lamps were plastic instead of glass, with led lights, that bright it could light up the entire street. Turns out it was a very poorly made knock off version of what they sold us on the website.
This is not a Dutch or European company. Ratings are dubious. Products are shipped from China with insufficient tracking.
It took a few weeks for my package to arrive. I ordered a designer desk lamp and I must admit, I’m quite impressed with the quality when considering the price. I consider myself fortunate.
I ordered 2 clocks. But after 1 month they still haven't arived. Pure scam from China...
Don't by from this company!! I bought a product because the shipping information stated it would be delivered the next day. But actually later on I realized it said it would "be shipped the next day". A very low way to misguide and confuse consumers. It's been 16 days, and I still haven't received it, and just realized the product is coming from China! The website that confirmed my purchase was even a different one, with nothing to do with shoes. If I only had read the reviews before... Really sad I felt for this scam...
Well I order 2 lamp, and lost 169 euro, this webshop is scam do not order here and they donot reply to my emails and telephone is not working.
First, I waited more than 2 weeks for the delivery even though the website promises delivery in just a couple of days.
Second, when I finally received the order the lamps turned out to be different than advertised. I immediately contacted the shop to request a return. It took more than a week to finally get their approval to take the item back. But the catch was it was at my own expense. I went to the post office where I was told I'd need to pay almost 80 eur to return the tracked package to China. And the lamps are worth 118 eur. Needless to say I'm stuck wit them.
Not recommended to use this website and service. It's cheating!
Scammers. I bought a lamp which does not have an on switch and does not switch on. The customer service will not respond to my messages. Really disappointing.
Watch out, scam. Cheap Chinese products, when you want to return they stop communication and don't adhere to the policy written on their own website. Still waiting to receive my return label.
WATCH OUT!!
This is seems to be a fraudulent company due to a non reactive behaviour following my attempt to return an order I received from them. No refund or contact from their side.
The product was sent directly out of China and this company seems to be operating under a false pretence of being a Dutch company.
I will update this review if the return process is successful.
