Totally incompetent and untrustworthy!!

Totally incompetent!! They have zero interest in customer service. Rude and unhelpful.

One year ago we used them to send a parcel from Ibiza to France. First, they denied picking up the parcel from our house, then they claimed the barcode was wrong, then they admitted the parcel had been delivered by mistake to the ZARA warehouse in Spain. The lady on the phone said she find out more information and call back. One year on and she still has not called back!!

They are completely untrustworthy, negligent, rude and incompetent. Stay away from using them
