I have used send it now for years and have had no problems until now, I’m still waiting for a parcel to be collected two weeks after I have paid extra for next day collection and I can not get it resolved. I waited in all day to be told that the driver could not deliver as nobody was in. This is not true, as I did not leave my flat and specifically waited for this delivery. Nobody called or rang my doorbell and it's not a complicated address to find. I paid specifically for next day delivery by noon.
To make matters worse, don't expect to be able to call someone, or even chat online. Their customer service consists of a ticket system, where you send a message and they AIM to respond within two hours. So far it has taken days for a reply.
I've still not received my package or received any confirmation of when that will be.
at least with other companies you have some chance of getting in touch when they don't bother to even attempt delivery.

Parcel not delivered now just lie after lie supposedly tried to deliver on the monday was then suppose 2b put back out 24hrs later but was returned to the sender on the monday ..
Now alleging Some1 at my mum's refused to accept it and item was returned although customer service said they still have the parcel and will try again
next day delivery took 8 days!!!!

My elderly parents arranged to visit relatives in Inverness and as they don’t fly they needed to travel by bus from their home to get the boat then another 2 busses to get to their destination. They booked their travel for Wednesday 12th September, so instead of them having the burden of struggling with a suitcase throughout their journey I suggested that they should use send it now.com. I did the booking myself and arranged for the suitcases to be collected from their home in Northern Ireland on Monday 10th September and paid for next day delivery. The cases were collected after 11am on Monday.
My parents set of on Wednesday 12th for their long journey left home at 7am and arrived in Inverness after 9pm that night. But to their disappointment their suitcase wasn’t delivered. On hearing this I tracked the tracking number only to discover that the suitcase was in MITCHAM depot!!!! I noted my concerns on their support page. The next day 13th September I received a reply saying unfortunately the case had gone to the wrong depot and they had chased it up for delivery ASAP!!! I replied back telling them we once had problems before with their service ( a few years ago but nothing like this ) and that they should change their booking information as it not next day and I now have my parents on holiday without any of their clothes and necessities. Again told they’ll chase it up and get back to me.
Next day: Day 2 of their weeks holiday still no suitcase. My parents took a bus to the Inverness post depot to check it out with them face to face, they were told it would be Monday and mentioned that it must of had the wrong postcode on it. I can assure you that this wasn’t the case as I put it in myself and double checked it on Google. In this chat I told them how disappointed we were and something needs to be done , I sent them my phone number asking for someone to contact me over this matter. Their reply was “ we do apologise,we have chased this up for you or you can speak to us on the contact number below 0344 800 4466”! I immediately called this number and got talking to a man( don’t remember his name) told him how angry,stressed and upset we were both my parents and myself. I suggested that he get the case and put it on a bus or ordinary train and maybe it would get there quicker. His reply was that it was far from Coventry(this is now where the case is ) to Inverness and that wouldn’t happen I by now was very angry and said that this problem was nothing to do with how I sent the case but it was down to your company and it’s their responsibility to get it made right whatever it took. My parents has now had to go out and buy clothes and essentials which if they had the case there was no need to do this. I finally said that I wanted a reply back and for someone of higher authority to contact ME.I felt so stressed after this conversation.
I got a call back shortly from a manager of London depot he listened to all that I has to say and understood how we were all feeling and what inconveniences that this had caused. He told me he would get to the bottom of this and apologised . The manager called me after 6pm and explained that there was no problem with the postcode I had put on the case , he now had put a new tracking number on the case and personally took the case to the carriage for a final journey he gave me the new tracking number and assured me that it was marked special delivery and would be delivered by noon next day which was Saturday 15th . I felt a lot more content with these arrangements so reported back to my parents and they were relieved that they would be reunited with their belongings the next day.
Saturday 15th I didn’t receive any contact with my parents to say they received their case .
By Monday 17th September still no case and a full week since they were collected for a NEXT DAY DELIVERY the suitcase is tracked to CLEVELAND depot. AT 17.32 our suitcase has arrived in Inverness , but didn’t reach my parents until 12.55 pm On Tuesday 18th.
My parents were away in Inverness for one week and spent all that time without their things!!!!.
On their return journey on Wednesday 19th they have lost all faith in your service and didn’t want to use this service again, so had to struggle with their luggage onto trains boat and cars to ensure they would arrive with them for immediate use.
This whole episode has caused nothing but stress and what should of been a lovely week spent with family turned out to be a nightmare and costing more expensive than need be.
Your service needs to be reviewed and have an understanding that customers are trusting you with their processions ,so more care should be taken to prevent this stressful situation from happening again!!!!!.

STAY AWAY FROM SEND IT NOW
So I bought a very expensive item online and the seller used this courier to send it to me, they then alleged that they tried to deliver on Friday last but my flatmate who works from home said nobody ever came,and if they had why was there no information card left to say you tried to deliver and failed????,besides the fact they never sent any message or email that morning to say it would be delivered that day so how is the person supposed to know when to be at home??????,,by the following Tuesday I was really frustrated and just wanted to come and collect it so I contacted them and they responded saying they will look into it right away and it is now Thursday evening and still no response ,they couldn't even send me the address of the depot to collect MY PROPERTY, so I have 5 days in which I had 3 employees who could not work without this machine and all down to this incompetent company ,I have contacted my solicitor and I will be seeking loss of earnings for my 3 employees , STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMATEUR AND UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!

We supplied all details, tracking, item product codes, prices, receipts etc and SendItNow have totally ignored the issue, closed tickets without resolution and ripped us off for the second time as we had a similar occurrence in the past. DISGUSTED.

Like the previous respondent, I am a wine merchant and recently despatched 10 cases of wine to different addresses in UK.
Only 6 arrived in the timeframe paid for.
2 were delivered late
I has been "lost or damaged in transit"
1 is still circulating a week after despatch because "the driver can't find the delivery address" (even tho' I can on google maps)!
I have also had experience of Abbie (I suspect a generic name for all customer service staff) who shows no urgency, asks me for details she already has, and has displayed no proactivity whatsoever.
Despite a phone number being mandatory when one raises a ticket, she also tells me (via email) that she is unable to ring me to discuss.
Very disappointed.

An item I sent got delivered in a very poor state after I packaged appropriately.
After giving every bit of evidence possible for my claim they rejected it within seconds because they required more proof..
The proof they were asking for had already been sent to them on multiple occasions..

I would just like to counter all the negative comments that the company have recieved. I was trying to ship some wine bottles from the UK to the USA and searched everywhere for a company that would do this. I sent a quick email to SenditNow and got a prompt response from 'Abbie', there was quite a bit of to-and-fro between us and the advice I was given was clear, concise and extremely quick.
Abbie's knowledge and customer service is exemplary and she is a credit to the company - If any managers read this she definately deserves a bonus!!
My parcels were collected on Thursday afternoon and arrived at their destination in Missouri on Tuesday - No 'getting lost' issues as previous people have mentioned and all four bottles were delivered in pristine condition.
As the company uses ParcelForce they are not a 'fly by night' company but a company that deals directly with a well established and respected postal network.
Obviously other peoples experience with the company may be different but I just wanted to let peopl know that I would, without a doubt, use this company again and would happily recommend others to do the same.

Absolute bunch of thieves! Avoid at all costs; parcel 'lost', then 'returned to sender' then tracked on a 300 mile trip before being 'delivered to a neighbour' that no one has ever heard of or knows!
After filling in the 4000 page claim form and emailing it back to them with all the required documentation; they refused my lost parcel claim on the basis that 'it was delivered somewhere'. I would advise everyone to avoid them like the plague; they have the rudest, most useless bunch of monkeys I've ever seen working for them. You have been warned...

Unacceptable experience with these characters. A package I sent apparently just 'disappeared' into thin air with no real effort to resolve or find it. Very poor level of service and I would advise against using Send It Now.
Compensation for damaged parcels is rubbish
One of our parcels has been damaged, and we accept that that happens from time to time, but when it does we want to claim compensation. After all, we have to manufacture and send out replacement goods to our customer, and there is a cost to that. So how does their compensation work? There is a 2 page form that has to be printed out, filled in by hand, scanned, then emailed back to them. This takes about half an hour. It's 2017 for Pete's sake! Deliberately difficult to put you off claiming, in my opinion. Then it turned out that if you are the manufacturer of the goods (we are) then SenditNow will only compensate for the cost of the raw materials, for which they require itemised proof of value. They won't pay for the cost of re-making the goods. Nor will they repay the cost of the original delivery!!!
We are a mail-order company and have used SenditNow dozens of times to send our products, with no complaint until now. But you just book your parcel through SenditNow, the actual courier they use is Parcelforce, so I credit PF for all the good delivery experiences we have had. We will carry on using PF, but in future book through another channel. I advise you to do the same.

First delivery perfect, second not so much, but good customer service
I paid for a 24hr delivery which was carried out on time. Impressed with the price and the service, I paid for similar 24hr delivery the following week. This time it took 48hrs but after raising it as a query (especially as I had paid for 24hrs) and advising I wanted some form of refund I was told that I would get a 50% refund (fair enough). My emails were responded to timeously and well within the guidelines suggested for response times on the website.

Excellent courier company!
Very happy with these couriers - never let me down. Items under £30 can be sent for jsut £12 - which is a massive difference compared to other couriers costs. Parcels are trackable and none of mine have arrrived damaged so far! Sending items abroad is also very cheap as well - Thank you Send it now, will definately use you again :)
