Excellent customer service, speedy replies to queries and fast delivery. Delivery via Royal Mail which was great as I'm not home in the day but can collect from the local depot. I had to return my order and my refund was processed quickly, and I received advice to help me consider other sunglasses. I will definitely use sendoptics again.

Originally I placed an order for my Celine sunglasses with another company and having waitied over five-weeks was informed they were still waiting on order from manufacturer... I contacted SendOptics the following day (Saturday morning) via telephone and was informed sunglasses were in stock and to place the order on-line, they would post on Monday to be received on Tuesday. I could not believe it when my sunglasses arrived on Monday special delivery by 1pm! This company is outstanding...great communication and customer service - I am so pleased with my sunglasses and would definetly use SendOptics again.

Got this website from a youtuber called beautybyjj as she noted a link to her feline glasses, that I desperately wanted. I ordered them on the Sunday and got a free delivery. Within 2 or 3 working days my glasses were at my apartment!

I was a bit weary about buying from this site as I hadn't heard of them before now. However very happy that I did. I received a confirmation email from them as soon as I completed my purchase and received my sunglasses shortly after (approx 4 days including a weekend)

Packaging was great and also received a small free gift.

Glasses took a few days longer to arrive than expected due to them being out of stock. Rang them and they said they'd get them delivered on the monday after the weekend. Woke up to them the next day and was really pleased thank you :)

Really good service from these guys my order was delivered the next day. Unfortunately the sunglasses did not suit me so had to send them back. Slightly more expensive than some other sites I have seen but they have a good selection.

I ordered on their website and had heard nothing. I phoned the number on the website (not an 0844 number) and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who found out what had happened to my order and talked me through completing the order. The items arrived the next day and well packed. So impressed!
