My sweater was not as pictured. The colours were different and the neck was much wider than photographed. Customer service took ages to reply and offered $9 if I kept the item. I explained I didn’t want the item. Then I was offered $15. They wouldn’t give a return address. In the end I took $30 and so lost $9 of my payment. Won’t buy from here again. The guaranteed refund seems to not apply.
