Having read some other reviews after…

Having read some other reviews after booking I was really worried about travelling from Portsmouth for this experience. I shouldn’t have been so concerned as from arriving for the experience (early) our group (3 adults, 3 children) were welcomed with open arms and nothing was too much trouble. Our host, Scott, was energetic and showed enthusiasm for his job, helping those struggling with certain activities through their fears. From start to finish I would recommend this experience and whilst it was at the top end of our budget I would still recommend anyone considering this.
PS - please get your voucher booking system sorted as initially the customer service didn’t start our experience off very well.

Very unhelpful aftersales service.

Very unhelpful aftersales service.
Will not ever use or recommend this company again!
Bought a brand new Sensas ccx rod before 'lockdown' thus used it for first time on Monday, the top section carrier Snapped whilst playing a 3lb F1 Carp.
Clearly faulty section! Been a fisherman of all types for almost 40yrs now so it's not like I'm inexperienced.
The response to my messages are of pass the book & take it back to the shop basically!! (With I might add. A rather condescending message about if I bought a car from a dealer blah blah)
Even having explained 3 x times that I bought it from a stall in Event City massive annual fishing exhibition in Mcr 2019.
This isn't even an expensive rod, it is beyond me why they can't just post a new carrier section!!
This company is clearly not interested in aftersales care of a faulty product. Preston tackle aftersales are fantastic & I would certainly recommend looking to there products before this unhelpful set up.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, I had a issue with one of their products and messaged them on facebook messenger, which seems to be the only way to contact the UK team. Messaged mid April, message seen promptly, reply a week later. From there I didn't have any definitive information given to me or an answer to my initial question until the beginning of June, despite numerous messages which were read.

Reply saying will chase up was received late June. Numerous messages sent to check on progress, no reply until early August, still waiting for an answer now. Won't be using again.
