Very disappointing experience indeed.

Phoned them about new hydraulic rams for a safe and was told they had them so ordered them and after almost 3 months I have still not received anything and just get fobbed off on email replies and not once have they contacted me first about the lengthy delays. very disappointed indeed. I have osteoarthritis in both my shoulder and those lids are quite heavy so I'm just a stupid customer left in pain by a company that obviously isn't bothered about the people that keep them in business.

Good customer service

I contacted the company in regards to an older discontinued product. Although they could not help with my original request they sent a comprehensive reply to my enquiry. Thank you

This relates to Sentribox Ltd…

This relates to Sentribox Ltd operated by Neil Gillan of Stockport and should not be confused with companies of a similar name.

Contacted this company about stock and delivery. Responded. Paid £250 for a tool chest. No sign of it. Refused to answer emails etc.

Has now gone to a credit card chargeback - but what a load of agro. How do companies like this go on trading?

Company contacted me about this review by phone. Male caller asked to not call me again. His response "I'll call you every ******* 10 minutes sunshine". Just putting this up on youtube as I managed to record it.
