The first order was a perfect fit The Second order is not the right size
The fit was perfect. I reordered another 7 briefs.
The elastic band did not roll, colors are great.
Unfortunately, the reorder sent to me was the wrong size. I reordered LARGE and I got SMALL. I have asked for return & replacement instructions.
I REORDERED AN OTHER 7 BRIEFS BUT
I when I received that, (my second order), you sent SMALL sizes when I ordered LARGE.
This is the third message i am sending regarding this matter.

My second purchase and second review … I really like my separatec mens underwear. The bottom access opening makes it easier to get out and over the zippers of jeans verses the old way of side access underwear! Poor Service & Product Failure
The product simply did not work for me and after nearly three weeks, I am still waiting for my refund as was promised when I placed my order nearly two months ago. All I get is promises and no action. If I don't get this resolved soon it will be treated as consumer fraud.

Placed an order for multiple sizes/items and company reached out to make sure I hadn't mixed sizes in error, which I thought was pretty awesome! Purchase as a gift for my husband and he loves the boxer briefs. I looked up several reviews and finally decided on Separatec! Hubby says they are comfy!

Not what they used to be
I purchased five pair of Separate underwear about four years ago and was very happy with them, they fit perfectly. Last year they had a sale going on so I bought 7 pair. The fit was terrible. Too tight and rode too low but I had already washed them all so I had to eat that one. When I contacted customer service they said that I needed to order the sport underwear to get the fit I wanted,so I ordered 5 more pair. They still don't fit as well as the old ones. So I'm done, I need to find another brand.

Very comfortable new design
Very comfortable new design. Also like the fact that brand name is not quite so bold. Still the only brand of underpants that stop my "turtling" issue., so teh only ones I wear.

Dual pouch bamboo rayon success
Recently purchased my first bamboo rayon boxer briefs with dual pouch design. They are so incredibly comfortable. My banana slips in right where it’s supposed to and stays comfortably in place even during fitness hiking. Shipping was fast. Will be ordering more. Highly recommend you give these a try.

I love it!
Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast and the quick dry material fits great, looks great and feel great. My old stuff is in the rag bin. Just ordered two more packs so I am set for awhile.
