My order hasn’t got delivered by the time it said it would and there is no way to contact them, it’s been 3 weeks and still didn’t get an email back.

I older some shoes from there and it said unpaid afrter it said think you for your order afrter they took my 99 dallars off my card then i messaged them over and over again and that didn't answer man i was so mad i was trying to buy me a nice pair of shoes and instead these dumb ass's ripped me off it took me two weeks to save up for them shoes i am still heated about that

I ordered a pair of nukes they took the money off my card and ive seen nothing else and I emailed.them got no.response I hope the get sued caught or something what a rip off two thumbs down losers.

I'v been waiting for my order over two months and finally when I got it , it was a wrong pair of shoes.
If that's not enough they dont answer me at all.

The Sales started a chat a couple of weeks ago and admitted it was a mistake that he sent the wrong shoes. But unfortunately, it is NOT visible that he wants to correct the situation.
At the moment, the seller does not want to send my order, and began to bargain for a refund. Started at $ 8 and has offered $ 35 to date. My costs
product Shoes and shipping was cost 127.87 $ + 13.6 $ duty = 141 $

$ 141 Instead of full refund
the seller offers 35 $
At the moment, the behavior of the Seller is not serious

I paid for shoes 130$ on the sepsport acc it says unpaid for but the money already come out my bank.. tried to contact through live chat no response same as email response not a happy person..

Bad service! I do not receive anything!
FAKE FAKE site!

Fell victim. Ordered shoes for my son, received sunglasses. Saw others had same experience on Trustpilot. Don't let it go. Follow up with your bank as I did. Got refunded from bank. They are following it up.
*Update. Received email from them this morning asking for photos of packaging received which I have long discarded, promising they will rectify situation. It's obvious my bank must have been on to them looking for money to be refunded. They never responded to my initial emails when the problem arose. Beware!

*Just replied to them and they have blocked my emails. It doesn't give a person a good impression of their country.

*Would you believe they're back communicating with me. 2 emails. 1st offered me 40% refund. 2nd 50%. Might be a long shot, but I wonder would it be worth posting a letter to their country's embassy in Dublin? Might be worth a shot.

I have bought from them 15 days ago and i my status in the profile was unpaid, even if i gave my CC info before that ... after that i have write them 3 mails without any answers, tried the live chat .... same. I think it was a scam ... now i see they have Trustpilot score below 0 ... DONT BUY FROM HERE !!!

Definitely a dodgy website. The price is way too cheap on a pair of Nike Air Huarache Mowabb's.

I purchased shoes for 75 pound and instead after 3 weeks some random nike socks came instead from china. Do not be fooled, this is a complete scam

Complete scam, i ordered a pair of nikes. 20 days later i received some knock off ray bans. Dont fall for it!

Bought shoes mid Dec. They arrived 25 days later. Worth the wait. Great price. We are happy. We were concerned due to the negative stuff online, but all is good. Seems to have come from overseas. In any case, very happy with product which is all that matters!

I ordered a pair of trainers and got all confirmations that it has been processed and the the money left my account. I have received trainers, not the ones I ordered and not my size. After requesting that they cover the cost of the shipping and send me the pair I ordered I was asked to keep them, even though they don’t fit. Then I was asked if I could try and sell it to family or friends and the will refund me for 10% of my purchase. Worst customer service and overall service ever experienced. Do not know if I’ll get my shoes, still waiting for the reply. This company has 2 names on the same site. Sepsport & Sepjog. Lesson learnt here, only buy direct from brand stores.

I bought my shoes and didint even recieve the conformation email, fraud website and complete scam do not fall for them you wont get your money back.

I ordered a pair trainers before checking the reviews online. As I should have received them this week I tried to email them but the email bounced as it is invalid. no contact number. I have lost £80.00 It is a scam AVOID!

This is a scam do not buy anything from here, they claim delays in delivery and then an excuse after excuse. The emails are also from a random person account and noone could answer any of the questions I had. SCAM!

I should have checked trustpilot before ordering at Sepsport. All negative experience are also true for me. No shoes arrived, no response to my mail. Don’t do it! It is an all fraud company, unfortunately!

I ordered a pair of shoes months ago and they never arrived. They also don't respond to any of my emails. Don't waste your time or money like I did.
