Scam artists

Bought a pair of trainers, got a baseball cap. You live and learn. They send you 2 tracking numbers, then they dispute you got nothing because you got the cap. Avoid like the plague

Stay away!!!! This company is terrible. Ordered a pair of shoes and had a pair of glasses show up. They said it was the express companies fault and refused to refund the full amount. Still in negotiations with them. These guys are clowns. Don’t order a damn thing from them.

Needs to have customer service phone line, even if not 24/7.. Purchased a pair and within 1 hour decided I wanted to change to a different pair and checked for phone #. Website refers to contacting by phone, but lists no # anywhere. So I sent an email to post-order email. No reply yesterday and today the charge on my statement does not match the charge on my order invoice, $21 too much. I called my bank; unable to cancel order. Need to address with company but company cannot be reached. I emailed again today to their pre-order and post-order email addresses asked for a call or reply with a contact # so I can call and I still haven't had a reply. Not able to find a contact # for this company anywhere online, but I stumbled on this review site.

SCAM!!!
I ordered 3 pairs and receved only 2 pairs. When I complained they blocked my email adress.
BTW shoes are very bad quality and so FAKE!!

They are scammers! Oh son was crazy about the Nike Air Force ones designed by Travis Scott. At Nike's they were sold out.
I found them at sep sneakers and ordered.
They took almost 1 month to get here in Belgium and customs has hold them because they were fake.
I paid 108 euros and I don 't have nothing now. I had to take distance from the shoes and customs destroyed them because they're fake. They didn't even mind to put a invoice in the box.
I'm so mad! In the beginning they answered when I mailed them, now they don 't even bother from the moment I confronted them with the fact the shoes are fake ... I filed a complaint, I hope I can get my money back through my VISA protection... my son was so sad! I don 't understand that their website doesn't got shut down...
That 1 star I rated them is still way to much.
Don 't buy anything from them please!!!

Absolutely shocked that this company is taking people's hard earned money and providing nothing in return. It's daylight robbery! They need to be reported. We need our money back!!

Like everyone else I wish I found these reviews first. Just got scammed out of a $140 for shoes for my son. He has autism and has been asking since we hit the order button where they are and then are they here yet. Unfortunately today it showed that it was out for delivery. So when my son texted me at 10:24 this morning I said yes they're here they just have to be put in our mailbox first. He even asked if he could come home at lunch just to check the mail.
Well just got my "package" and instead of the expensive shoes although there was a little tiny box with a fake cheap Tiffany bracelet. At this point I dont even care about the shoes. I only care how upset and confused my son will be. He wont understand what happened or why. I can't even go and buy him a nike pair from a real place. But I'm like a pitbull once I bite my teeth into something, the jaw stays locked till I get my money back.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Made a purchase with this company and not getting any type of response. Been over 10 days so I am going thru PayPal to get my money back. That is why I use a secure payment system.

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. I ordered a pair of Nike Lebron shoes for a Christmas gift. Their website says they are based on out Texas - not true! It took almost 3 weeks for the package to arrive. Come to find out it came from China. Despite my many emails to them about where is my package, all I kept getting is don't worry. Well, when the package arrived, not only was it wrong, but it was way wrong. I received a pair of crappy looking sunglasses instead of the shoes. In trying to resolve this matter with them, they tell me that it is not their fault so they can only offer a 35% refund on my order. The reason they are saying that is because they are blaming the logistics company that they use to ship their items. What a fraud. I have since escalated this to my credit card company hoping to get them to back me on this. Please be ware and do not order anything from this company or you too will fall victim. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order.

I ordered a pair of Nike acronym, it reads paid on my account and I called my bank right away when I read that the site was all fakes! I was also given a tracking number and when I called my bank they said that nothing suspicious looks to have taken place, plus the site directed me to use a card reader as i made the purchase. They list opening hours, but, there is no contact number either... I feel like chump:-/

I really wish i had read reviews or done some research before ordering shoes from this site. I ordered shoes on dec 15 2019 and its jan 1 2020 today and i still haven’t gotten anything. I emailed them 3 times for a tracking number or anything. Please don’t buy from this site, i got scammed $109

I wish I could give it no stars as AEO sneakers is a scam. I ordered a pair of Jordan DNA shoes in early December. Not received shoes and have written 3 emails without a response. Sep sneakers is a scam!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this website. I wish I had done more research before forking our $190.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It is a scam! I ordered Air Force Ones...Not only did they charge me more than what they advertised. I never did get the shoes AND my credit card was hacked!

Bought shoes on December 5th...still no arrival. They have been responding to my inquiries with screenshots of my tracking status and my tracking number is legit but not moving they the USPS system once it arrived to America. I have a claim out with USPS..it is all fraud. They also charged me more than my original purchase amount. I am reporting them to better business bureau. They need to shut this China fraud site down.

SEPSPORT IS A SCAM! They show a Texas address on the website, but they are not a Texas company. When you get a "tracking number", joke that it is, it is from China.
I ordered Nike Air Force 1 shoes on December 2, 2019, my credit card was charged on December 3rd, and no shoes ever arrived.
In addition, my credit card was hacked, and I am 100% positive it was a result of giving my number to this fraud of a company. Luckily, I was reimbursed by my credit card company.
BUYER BEWARE! NO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! THEY ARE ROTTEN THIEVES!

I really wish I seen these reviews about Sepsport.com I had no idea that website wasn't legit. I made a purchase on December 7th, 2019. Never received my purchase never was able to track my order because the tracking number didn't work for nothing. So livid right now. I had to go through my bank to even begin to get my money back an now have to wait an it could be a few months before I even get it if an when I do.

Stole £400 from my bank steer well clear took me 2 mths to get money back chinese scammers.

DO NOT BUY!!! I urge people not to fall for this site it is a scam.
I bought some trainers for my son and luckily paid with a credit card so I was able to get my money reimbursed. STAY AWAY!!!
