Buying a property is always nerve wrecking experience unless dealing with Sequre who ensured constant follow up and update to make this a streamlined process. It’s clear they know what they are doing and I would highly recommend anyone looking for property investments to consider Sequre.

What a pleasure it was to work with Sequre. The process was smooth and we have managed to purchase our first 2 property investments thanks to Sequre. Will defo be using them in the future.

My experience with Sequre was very poor and has proven to be very expensive for me.

• Sequre insisted I used their recommended solicitors. This was a mistake. I should have chosen an independent solicitor.
• I was not aware that Sequre receives fees from developers as well as clients. The agent that promises to “put clients first” is playing both sides.
• I was persuaded to pay more than 10% deposit on a property – this was bad advice.
• I paid fees at exchange rather than at completion. This was a huge mistake. I would advise people only pay fees on completion. Also, pay with credit card, so you can claim a refund more easily when things go wrong.
• I found that the below-market-value promise and yield forecasts wildly inaccurate.

I would recommend that anyone using Sequre keeps all communication in writing (or record telephone calls).

My experience with Sequre was really disappointing. For a while I thought I had found the perfect agent to support me.

Excellent and attentive service, delighted with our investment

Just completed on a property in the Rotherham area. Throughout the entire process, Natalie and Amanda were brilliant. Supporting not matter whatever the query was, chasing things for me, very prompt on emails and very knowledgable and where possible providing very helpful advice as very new to this type of things.

Really recommend Sequre and intend on using them again in the near future, no small part because of how well Natalie and Amanda look after you throughout the entire process. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great service

Just completed on a purchase in the Liverpool area. The communication throughout with Daniel and Amanda has been excellent and they have always responded to queries on time and with professionalism, regularly chasing and keeping me posted. Daniel was able to give good advice on mortgages which was helpful. It is much more difficult know obtaining finance on apartment blocks so check all before committing. In this instance I knew the development had other BTL investors already and Daniel knew the lenders, which helped the process.

I have recenlty completed on a buy-to-let purchase through Sequre and they really know their stuff. There were some delays on the vendor's side, but the team worked hard to move things along and kept me informed. Highly recommended and I will definitely invest through this company again.

Scam artist at best. The seller pulled out and now they won’t give my deposit back and always coming up with excuses to not return the funds.

I have recently completed a purchase of a BTL apartment through Sequre. I found their team (Daniel and Amanda) to be easily accessible, approachable and willing to answer queries in detail. Hopefully the deal itself will work out for me in the long run, only time will tell.

The purchase process itself took longer than expected and there were several hiccups along the way. This was due to the vendor being extremely slow in handing over required documentation to the solicitors. Daniel and Amanda did their utmost to chase them and we did eventually get over the line.

However, I would give Sequre the following two bits of feedback to help them improve their offering:
1. Select the vendor / developer you work with carefully and ensure they are aligned with your aims to provide a hassle-free smooth purchase process.
2. Encourage your recommended solicitor to make sure all aspects of a sale with tenants in-situ are covered. There are some extra aspects to such a sale and it transpired the solicitor had not paid attention to these.

To prospective investors I would say Sequre are clearly a viable option for property deals.
