Very bad costumers service. Did not send any confirmation of the order until I chatted with them. I've asked the address to be changed and the costumer agent that I was chatting was very rude even with messages. I've payed for fast delivery and got my parcel after 7 days. The clothes are very nice but the material not worthy for the price.

Great service! I had bought a jeans that doesn’t fit well after 10 weeks more pregnancy. Sabina has helped me with a good solution.

I purchased a 3 in 1 maternity coat and I absolutely loved the coat itself and the quality. However, I returned it just because it was a little too big for me. Brandy was so helpful with assisting me I'm tracking my return and answering my many emails. I would definitely purchase from here again simply because of how great they were with their customer service.

Quality was great. Sizing was right. Overall very happy with my purchases.

All items were high quality, true to size and flattering (Parka, men’s hoodie and nursing shirt) My order came very quick too. I kept all 3 items ordered and can definitely wear the parka even when not pregnant!

The product pages don't load properly. You have to refresh it for it to display the information properly.

Really enjoying my new Seraphine wardrobe as I progress through pregnancy. It was so challenging to find maternity clothes that still felt like me and fit properly so it was a real joy to visit Seraphine in London.

A couple of things to note:
* If you're heading to their London store on a weekend give plenty of time to try things on. It was really busy and felt understaffed so it took quite some time to get the right sizes and fits sorted. The staff were still lovely and it was an enjoyable experience but definitely took longer than we expected!
* I had an issue with a faulty online order, which I could only identify as faulty (rather than ill fitting) because I'd tried on sizes in store. Brandy from the Seraphine team was fantastic at sending me a replacement quickly, but it didn't help with my pre-existing wariness of online shopping!

I bought a coat online, when I received it I realised it was too big and needed a smaller size. I looked how to return the coat and saw that I had to pay the postage to return, which I thought was really unusual in this day and age, especially being an online only company. I went with it anyway and paid to return the coat, then went to buy a smaller size only to find the price had gone up by around £70. I got in touch with customer service and was given a very 'computer says no' approach when I asked if the original price could be honoured since I was just exchanging for a smaller size. All Seraphine seem to justify everything with (including having to pay return postage) is that it's all to make sure customer service is as good as possible...I'm now looking elsewhere for a coat, having refused to pay £75 more for exactly the same coat.

I've had the best experience with Seraphine so far. The coat I ordered was faulty, but Brandy resolved the issue in a matter of minutes, promptly shipping me a new coat along with everything needed to return the old one. I've purchased several products from Seraphine during my pregnancy (basically lived in 3 leggings and 2 tshirts bought from them :) ) and breastfeeding period and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Both cut and materials are top. Had a small issue for which I contacted client services and Sabina was extremely kind and efficient in helping me. Happy customer all around!

I tried to contact customer service, the dress they sent was marked and had a pulled thread.
There is no telephone number.
I filled in their 'chat service' - no response
I filled in their email query - no response
For an internet service to leave customers without support in this way is very poor and disappointing.
Beware using this make!

I purchased pajamas for my daughter to give as a baby shower gift. The quality was great. They ran quite big so I requested an exchange. Despite being past the 30 day deadline, I was offered a credit for my return. The return procedure was somewhat cumbersome but ultimately, once my credit was issued I received my new item quickly!

I bought 6 items, the quality of the cloths is very poor, after one or two wears a number of buttons fell off one dress and elastic in the arm hem snapped in another item leaving asymmetrical arms.

The cloths are expensive but build quality, fabric quality and durability is poor.

Avoid buying.

Absolutely appalling. Quality of the clothes is horrendous. Ordered jeans and a rip came in the band after two wears and they totally lost shape. Customer service extremely annoying to deal with and was ages waiting for refund. Kept a jumper, which I regret as it's all bobbled after three wears. It is shocking they have the cheek and audacity to charge the prices they do for such bad quality. Jo jo mamabebe, mamalicious, h and m and asos are far better and for a fraction of the price

Edited to add: your nonchalant response is disgusting. I never said I didn't get tuenrefund I said I was ages waiting amd your quality is appalling for your extortionate prices. So your generic response means nothing

We bought a couple of lovely items that our daughter-in-law rated highly. On both occasions, we needed fast deliveries, and the parcels were well received the following day, even though we did not get email notifications from Seraphine, advising the tracking number. Very reliable online shop with excellent customer service.

Sabine from Customer service is extremely helpful if you need anything

Usually I tried to avoid super Chinese shops, however I liked the design of a maternity coat. It came super fast and it fits well however the smell - it went straight to washing machine and even after washing I can smell Chinese factory.. That’s a bit disappointing, for the rest it is okay piece.
Will not shop on the website again.

Excellent quality clothing, in a good range of sizes. I had an issue with one item of clothing not arriving as part of a larger order, but this was quickly resolved by the customer service team, and a replacement was sent out. I like how many of the items can continue to be used once baby has arrived and have accessible nursing options.
