Ethical and great service
Quick delivery from a hugely ethical company. So very happy to have found serious tissues. We are now using them both at home and at my businesses. Can’t wait for the laundry sheets to be back in stock! Bring on more products (washing up liquid 😉)

Unprompted review
Ordered a box of Serious Tissues and, whilst I hesitate to employ the overused term 'Kafka-esque', soon felt like K in the village attempting ever more desperately to contact Klamm
Ordered a box of Serious Tissues without updating my address on your system after moving. Realising what I had done immediately, I emailed your customer service team and was told that nothing could be done once the order had gone through - this despite receiving an almost simultaneous email saying that I had an hour to add further products to my order. This made it clear that something could have been done, yet the person I spoke to persisted in telling me that I would either have to pick the box up from my old address (not feasible due to a move of a few hundred miles) or wait until the new tenants had declined it twice and it had been returned to Royal Mail and then to the company. I explained that the box had never required a signature and as such would not be declined, just left by the delivery driver outside our old address, to which I received the above advice once again. Despite the original error being my own, the pure frustration involved with dealing with the brand means that I will never be using them again.

Excellent customer service
Have been using Serious Tissues for a while; a great ethical product. A glitch on the order form last time meant I was overcharged on postal costs; I emailed and immediately got a response and repayment. Very speedy, fuss-free and efficient!

Good quality toilet rolls
Good quality toilet rolls, made in the UK from recycled paper. No extra packaging to waste, just a big cardboard box for delivery. I will buy them again!

Weren't aware we'd subscribed to loo roll????
We weren't aware that we'd subscribed to Serious Tissue and didn't need another order. Had a text at the weekend from a mobile phone number to say an order is on the way (that we weren't aware of) ... TAKE A LOOK SERIOUS TISSUES @ who-called .co.uk "This number 07360 538786 has been looked up 106 times... primarily associated with Smishing Scam" So not expecting the same order again, but assuming a scam - we still tried to call ST but they operate WITHOUT a phone number to call? Today we emailed you too late to cancel our credit card payement (still no reply now 11 hours later.) For that reason and the pain you've caused me trying to find out what is REALLY going on, we cancelled our account, award you 1 STAR and moan in your general direction! We will except this order but recommend others look a little closer at how your policy to re-send loo roll works ... OR AT LEAST ALLOW PEOPLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

good service, good value
good service, good value. This paper is rougher than the previous service that we used, but I switched to Serious Tissue as they had better environmental credentials than my previous provider so I'm happy to stick with them. If you have the space to store 46 rolls of TP, having a subscribtion service is such a great convenience - I've subscribed for years now and never have to worry about running out.
