Good product, but tell me about delays upfront
I actually enjoy the product, but I wish they had been more forthright about production and shipment delays PRIOR to me ordering. (After I placed an order I received an email telling me to expect delays....)
It has now been about a week and my order hasn't even been prepared for shipment. I suppose I can cancel, but it makes me feel less valued as a customer.
4 stars as the product is good. 2 stars for being honest with me as a customer prior to ordering.

Love this stuff after just a week
I have noticed awesome results in just one week of using this formula. I apply on my entire face, forehead, neck, including massaging into my skin under 10/12 mm full beard. I am glad I ordered 3 bottles. Also the customer service was outstanding. They contacted me immediately after my inquiry and solved the issue! I’m looking kinda 50ish again in the mirror and I’ll be 70 this summer! Thank you for a this men’s skin formula and the perfect customer service!

Its been ~7 weeks using the products religiously and my wife says I look younger! Eye bags and wrinkles reduced. Just placed my 2nd order! Hoping the body cream is back in stock soon, that product is great on dry legs and feet. Andiamo paisani!!

After 4 weeks of daily use, results
After 4 weeks of daily use I definitely see a difference in my face. Reduction of fine lines, tightening of the turkey neck, though I’m wishing that was more pronounced. Hopefully consistency and continued use will show more improvement.
