Waiting for my server 3rd week
Waiting for my server 3rd week, they don't even bother to respond.
invoice date 14-01-2019 - paid after a few minutes.
After 10 days ... somebody actually answered to my ticket.

"Thanks for the reply. Your configuration will be deployed ASAP. Sadly we have had some delays in the delivery of new systems due to holiday closure. Due to the amount of orders we are working against te clock to deploy them in a timely matter."
Its been another 5 days ... since I replied to this ticket with another question, nobody answers.
No server was delivered ... terrible

On 30 Jan I finally got an email telling me my server details ...
the problem is:

Satisfied
We are using their cloud servers for some couple of months now. Fast, stable and so far reliable. To be honest I never have seen a host offering so much extras as they do. Keep up the good work!

One to choose
As for a while now we are having our hosting services with Serveo. A decision I'm glad about we have made. The lost couple of years we have had no downtime and perfect support. One to choose for, for sure. I can recommend Serveo above other hosting providers we are doing business with!
