I purchased a 100K plan from TurboSMTP for $29.95 to set up an email campaign for a client. After completing the payment and configuring the SMTP, the account was suddenly closed after sending only a small number of emails.
Most of those emails were simply test messages to verify that the setup was working correctly. Shortly after that, the subscription was cancelled and I was informed that the activity did not align with their terms of service.
I contacted support to understand the reason and requested either account reactivation or a refund. Unfortunately, the request for a refund was declined.
Because the service was cancelled almost immediately after purchase, I was unable to use the plan I paid for. This situation also caused issues with my client project.
I hope the company can improve transparency and communication regarding account closures so that customers clearly understand what went wrong.

I purchased the TurboSMTP 100k plan ($29.95 USD) on 05/03/2026 for a client campaign. Immediately after payment, my subscription was cancelled after sending only 12 emails, 9 of which were test emails to verify the setup.
I contacted TurboSMTP support and provided full details, requesting either a reactivation or a refund. Despite clear explanation, they refused the refund, citing “terms and conditions violation,” without giving a clear or valid reason.
This sudden cancellation not only prevented me from completing legitimate client work but also negatively impacted my professional reputation.
I am sharing this experience as a caution for anyone considering TurboSMTP, especially for new accounts or client campaigns. Proceed with care and ensure you fully understand their terms before paying.

I was on their pro plan because they said my usage exceeded the monthly quota. I setup api use with webhooks for tracking analytics. Then they said I exceeded the pro service amount of emails sent 100k, and recommended I switch to a prepaid annual amount of 1,000,000 emails annually with no monthly restrictions. Perfect, so I thought. I gave them $853 prepaid and then when I went to check my webhook settings, they told me I needed to have at least the pro montly account on top of the $850 I already gave them. Nothing but bait and switch! Stay away, they have terrible customer service and don't really care if you give them business. I switched over to SMTP2GO and much simpler setup and also includes sms with your paid accounts.

SCAM ALERT 🚨 – Stay Away from TurboSMTP
I purchased a Pro plan just two days ago after being assured by an agent named Abdullah that their service was “the best.” At first, the SMTP connected successfully to my sending app, so I thought everything was fine.
But when I started running simple test emails (blank messages with “test” in the subject), every single one went straight to Gmail’s spam folder. I tried different words and formats, but nothing worked.
When I contacted support, I discovered my DNS records had mysteriously been deleted. I had to redo everything and wait for propagation. After that, I reached out again—no response. I kept trying over and over, only to finally be told my account was blocked, my plan cancelled, and that I shouldn’t expect any refund.
So now I’m out $134 with nothing to show for it. No working service, no support, no refund.
TurboSMTP sold me a promise, took my money, and then shut me down. In my experience, this is nothing short of a scam.

Our account was cancelled becouse of card missfunction. I contact support and they want to raise price 90% to activte account again. Not acceptable. Support are very slow, unfriendly and like to talk to a wall.
