Not easy enough to use
I have used multiple certificate vendors in the past using web portals. I found that the the integration between the servertastic and geotrust websites are very cumbersome and sometimes confusing. I would recommend a step by step wizard type approach. having said that now that I know what to expect I would be able to easily use the process that is in place. First time users be wary.

I agree the process flow for that product is not great. Due to some API restrictions it has been difficult to improve. Good solution to buy a SSL certificate
Our experience with Servertastic was accordingly to what we have expected. Although we had some doubts due to a mistake we made in the buying process, the support team solved the problem in a reasonable time period.
