Big mistake by not checking the reviews…

I made a big mistake by not checking these reviews before deciding to let Servilux come over for them to "try" and fix our LG OLED TV. I believe everyone having a bad experience with Servilux/ LetMeRepair.

TV doesn't easily turn on. We need to press the button like 50 times for it to suddenly turn on. Did our own research and seems it could be a problem with the power supply/ capacitor as sometimes it works to turn it on, sometimes not. When removing it from the plug, letting the tv be unplugged for a while, there was a big chance it works when plugging back in.

They let us pay for the "preparing" work, for them to figure out the problem so they could come over to fix it. They let us pay for the transport. They let us pay for the few minutes it the technician used to replace the motherboard. They let us pay for motherboard itself. The motherboard is replaced, the tv turned on (as it was unplugged to work on it). The technician said to not turn it off cause it was doing an update, so it couldn't probably be tested. We paid. A few hours later when we wanted to restart the tv, the same problem. Nothing solved, but we did lose our money.

Sent 3 email's, tried to call, no reply to anything. We are just being ignored.

We got scammed by this company, I recommend no one to ever work with these people as they are out for your money and give zero service.

I hope to be contacted soon so they can do something about this so my opinion/ experience/ review can be changed.

CANNOT GET THE BASICS RIGHT AFTER 2ND VISIT

Failing on the basics - Samsung Washing machine repair outside of warranty.

They came within the time described, did the work, but THEY DID NOT TEST THE WASHING MACHINE AFTER THE REPAIR. Leaving with a smile and telling me that its "fixed".
I HAD TO PAY THEM FOR THIS BECAUSE IT WAS "OUT-OF-WARRANTY".

Then after they arranged a call-back to visit again TWO WEEKS LATER after delaying me because they said they were bringing parts... THEY CLAIM THEY COULD NOT REPAIR IT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BRING THE PART NEEDED (MOTHERBOARD).

Absolutely avoid at all costs.
Rather dispose of the Samsung washing machine and switch brand - DO NOT USE SERVILUX EVER.

Useless service. Holding TV hostage without repairing.

Had a problem with my Samsung TV that I could not download any new apps on the TV. The TV is within warranty period and its just 1,5 years old. Contacted Samsung and they sent a technician from Servilux to pick up the TV. The technician saw the problem at my house and put it in his report. 2 days later they send me a quote of 160Euros saying that they cannot identify the fault and I should pay for the technician visit even though the TV is within warranty period. I showed the fault to the technician at my house and he agreed that the fault exists and now they will not return my TV until I pay 160Euros. Contacted Samsung customer care but still no solution. My TV has been gone for 9 days now and Servilux is holding my TV hostage.

This is the most horrible company I…

This is the most horrible company I have ever worked with. I was in contact with Sjon from Servilux (he was supposed to be the supervisor at Servilux). I paid 900 (samsung also paid around 300 EU) euro's for them to replace a screen and the screen did not fit properly. I called them back within 30 minutes after the engineer left and he told me I have to create a new ticket via Samsung. I was truly flabbergasted and this person had the audacity to treat me like I am an idiot and interrupt me every time I started speaking. I called back to complain and they put me through with him again and, yes again he told me I am the one being rude.

I was treated as an idiot by the agent…

I was treated as an idiot by the agent on the phone. A mechanic came to my house and with a very superficial check he said the engine of my samsung washing machine was to be changed. (Please note that he already arrived to the house with a new engine in his hands but no any other spare part whatsoever). After I used the machine once, it stopped to work again giving same error code of before. Once informed Servilux the person on the phone told me with extremely annoyed tone "You are not a mechanic, so do not talk of things you do not know". It was such a bad service that i decided to get a new machine without even asking servilux to check it again. It was such bad experience that I would have been scared to have them in my house again. So that I renounced to the right to the warranty. Worst service ever. Pity I cannot put 0 stars.
