I’ve had 3 of these and none of them have lasted longer than a month. Don’t waste your time or money. When they actually work it’s great but I’ve spent literally 15 minutes just trying to get the thing to turn on after being fully charged. Vibrates twice and then you can’t get it to stay on and if it does happen to turn on as soon as you switch the next setting it turns off. Piece of trash. They never get back to me in a timely manner. I want a refund for this garbage

Their listed phone number is not working and emails go unanswered. There is NO customer service. Along with my order from Secello, they also illegally charged my credit card for nearly $100. using a different company name. Thank goodness my credit card company flagged it as FRAUD.

Charge for items I didn't order,paid for 2 pairs of underwear for 2 free pairs for 49.dollars.Total came to 80 dollars with socks I didn't order and everything was to small. Do not use this company

Ordered more than I wanted, emailed customer service, no reply, next thing I get is order confirmed, then order shipped. Emailed again, absolutely no response. I think this company might be a scam. Also if they’ve shipped, where are they? It’s been weeks. Sure hope when I do receive them I can contact and get the return they claim to send.

Same issue, we order on Sesello website, they retreive the money from our bank account but we never receive anything and it is impossible to contact them...
