As a local company with over 30+ years of fixing heating and plumbing emergencies and installing boilers, you know that you’re in safe hands. All of our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, so you know that whatever the problem that needs fixing they’ll know exactly what to do. As a customer-focused business we work hard to make sure that we provide the best service for all of our customers, especially those who are more vulnerable.

Not even worth 1 star.
Stayed in 3 separate days engineer didn't turn up.they let you wait in all day then phone and day the van broke down
I was even told he's working at my property now.he wasn't
Lots of phone calls I had to make
Terrible don't touch this company.been with them ages used to be OK.time wasters no customer care
Contacted SESW to install some radiators. Impossible to get hold of. never got back to me. got another company to do the work.
Absolutely appalling customer service. A loyal customer aged 85 years had water pouring through her ceiling. We held on the emergency line for 13 minutes to no avail. I called Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing that picked up on. The third ring. EH&P sorted the problem and when I spoke to Steve Lavin at SES the next day he said we would receive full compensation. This was then reduced to £250 which was promised to be reimbursed between 3-5 working days. After at least 10 phone calls (Steve has a lot of annual leave) and two months later we are still waiting to be reimbursed.
Our 94 year old Aunt, living alone, was left for over a week in December with no heating and hot water after a simple central heating pump breakdown. This in spite of daily calls to them from her neighbour who was getting more and more concerned at the situation.
We lodged a formal complaint and received the standard "5 day response" email - no surprises that in spite of a phone call to follow it up, one week later no one has responded.
You'd be better off finding someone from Checktrade or similar - our experience is that they always make an effort for the elderly.
I have had SES home services for 3 years but in the last year their services have become non existent. So you pay for nothing.
When they eventually send someone, the staff is clueless and can’t do small jobs.
A plumber was sent to replace a radiator knob, but we were left with a huge leakage in another radiator and a seriously damp wall. He had switched off the heating and hot water saying he caused an air lock which he couldn’t fix. So in the month of December we were left with a freezing home. After repeatedly calling their emergency number, no one came.
There is absolutely NO emergency service that they provide.
Don’t waste your money please, look somewhere else.
SES Home services suppose to come out this evening within 3 hours. 4 hours later no engineer and when called up customer services they informed me they not coming tonight leaving my family in lurch with leaking boiler. Not even a courtesy call . Ridiculous service would recommend that if you have plumbing emergency then avoid this company
Service gets worse and worse. If SES can’t find enough skilled plumbers they should not take on new customers and instead prioritise existing customers.
Have been waiting for toilet leak and kitchen tap to repaired for weeks as weeks. Plumber arrived today and still neither job completed
Have been trying to contact all
Day as instructed left my number 7 hours ago still no response yet I have an account with them for service
