I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Sessions Health. Anytime I email with a concern or question, they are quick to respond. Every issue I have had has been resolved in a timely manner.

I need a text support on Friday at 9 PM and was assisted an issue resolved within 30 minutes.

I like how cost-effective and user-friendly the platform is. Also, the customer service representatives are extremely responsive. I do wish there was a way to bill insurance electronically, and I can tell there are some things to iron out since the platform is fairly new. But overall, it is a great system.

Sessions Health has been so amazing for my practice. I loved being able to use their forms, customize them, and create my own from scratch. The support is outstanding and the interface is clean and fast. So many great features. My favorite thing was having free access until I hit 4 clients as I built my practice. I highly recommend!

I love this platform. Customer service is wonderful and the software is easy to use.

Mostly great! My attorney stated I need to sign and date the informed consent after the client does but there is no option to do this in the system, so I have to go through extra steps to download, sign, date, and re-upload. I e-mailed to ask for the feature to be added and it was declined. Please add this since it is a legal requirement. It would also be helpful if I could submit batch insurance claims directly from sessions instead of going to each insurance website to submit individual claims. Overall, I am happy with the user-friendly format of this EHR.

I left one of their competitors after a recent upheaval in their company, and I couldn't be happier with the transition process over to Sessions Health. The idea of changing systems was daunting and I was very resistant to doing it, but Sessions Health could not have made it any easier. Yes, the technology works well and has the majority of the features I want. However, what really stands out is their customer service. Each and every time I have had a question - big or small - they warmly respond with actually helpful advice and instruction. It is rare these days to have such accessible customer service and it has really driven my experience and enthusiasm about their product. If you are questioning whether to go ahead and try them - don't hesitate any longer! Take the leap and enjoy a smoothly run practice and the peace of mind that goes along with it!

The help desk at Sessions is always, always helpful. They have completely changed my experience around EHRs and how responsive the help desk can be. They are prompt, thoughtful, helpful and responsive.

So far so good after my switch. Customer service is great. Still need some features like 2 way calendar sync and a few others but they are on it

I love love love Sessions Health! The best EHR out there. I have tried numerous EHRs to the point that I lost count, and nothing compares to Sessions Health. It’s unbelievably intuitive, simple and user-friendly, and the support staff is extremely responsive. On numerous occasions, I asked about some functionality that I would like to see added to the portal, and they immediately made it happen. I feel so lucky to have found them. And on top of all that, the price is so reasonable! It truly doesn’t get any better than that. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sessions Health hands down!

I switched to Sessions Health when my previous provider raised their rates by 60%. Sessions Health offered everything I used from the previous company plus a few features I really appreciate that are new to me. The website is intuitive, the company is extremely responsive to questions. I was nervous about switching and it has been really easy.

I have worked with many EHR systems in my career, and Sessions is superior. The workflow is so intuitive there were times that I thought I was doing something wrong. Most importantly the customer service is excellent and unlike their competitors, they implement the suggestions they receive within weeks instead of years

Sessions Health has been wonderful. I did quite a bit of research before choosing my EHR and practice management system. For the price, features and responsiveness, it is unmatched. The integration with Stripe works very well. The automated reminders are great. The staff have been very quick to respond and make changes or additions. Plus, they are constantly adding more features and updating it. My psychology private practice has thrived while using it, and many tasks that used to consume my time are simpler and more efficient these days.

I was an early adopter of Sessions EHR and their customer support has always been really responsive.

They are a rapidly growing company and adding features all the time.

One of the three founders/programmers worked for years as a programmer for major companies like NASA, Mayo Clinic, Thomson Reuters, etc. He left the industry because he found it to be soul sucking and is actually a full-time therapist now himself. He just does programming on the side and believes in this product to make his therapy work easier. I think Sessions Health EHR is going to be here to stay, if for no other reason than that this therapist/programmer wants to use it for his own practice. And I can’t see them selling it to a multinational corporation, because that’s the world that the founders were trying to escape.

Currently, I use Sessions Health EHR in conjunction with a biller. Once Sessions Health EHR introduces their claims processing feature (sometime in 2022), I may stop using the biller although I actually still like the biller to chase down denied claims.

I would definitely give Sessions EHR a look.

PS-- I've used Theraquest, Theranest, Therapy Notes, and SimplePractice. And I find Sessions EHR to be more intuitive, easier to navigate and more affordable than any of those other options.

Switching to Sessions Health was one of the best things I have done for my practice in a long time. The language is more inclusive, and the customer support team are incredibly responsive. It is easy to use, and more features are being added as they build. For a relatively new platform, it is a great start and I can't wait to see how it develops.

Works well but I only use a few features. Wish there notes had a printer friendly option.
