I have recently completed the sale of my property, and I wanted to thank Angie and Anthony at Setfords for the excellent service they provided throughout.

From start to finish they were professional, efficient and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They kept me well informed, explained everything clearly and were proactive in moving the sale forward whenever action was needed.

What really stood out was their communication and dedication. They made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother, and I always felt confident that my sale was in safe hands.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angie, Anthony and the team at Setfords to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again for all your hard work – it was very much appreciated.

Angie Dooling is very charming and approachable as well as efficient- a rare and very welcome experience for us when dealing with solicitors. She kept us informed at all stages of the conveyancing process and explained the difficult stuff for us very clearly. In all this, Angie was ably assisted by her assistant Anthony (and the friendly dog) at the Setford office to help keep my husband me relaxed.

The staff members in Amesbury were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to visit and discuss matters. The solicitor, Angie D., worked very hard, keeping me informed of queries and information required . The completion date on the sale of a property was achieved due to their diligence.

The staff at the Amesbury office were always very polite and helpful especially with purchasers further down the chain making life difficult by asking for completion then not accepting the dates when offered. Angie was very supportive and tried to keep up with the progress. Completion was achieved with 24 hrs to spare before a deadline which would have seen completion put off for another 2 to 3 weeks. Angie was always very positive through out the procedure which to laymen, like us, is very stressful.

We found Angie and Anthony very personable. friendly and helpful during what to us was a stressful time.
Angie always responded to our emails quickly keeping us informed as to the progress of the process.
We would certainly recommend Setfords especially the Amesbury office to anyone making a house move.

Clear communication from Angie and her team. As fast as the buyer and his estate agent would allow. Angie has done the legal property work for us and family members many times and she is always a pleasure to deal with!
