WIDE BERTH
Bought a flute. It cut out during playing and was faulty. They admitted this and said I could return it but refused to provide the correct measurements of the original packaging, blamed me for getting rid of the packaging (which is a normal thing to do- especially since I didn't notice the flute cutting out right away), gave me measurements for packaging that were too small to bubble wrap the flute sufficiently, threatened to "check the flute for damages" (it wasn't damaged and this made me even more determined to get the correct packaging measurements so I could bubble wrap it properly) and then self imposed a deadline. I kept contacting them saying I wasn't trying to delay and wanted to send back before the deadline but I needed the original packaging measurements. They still refused and then stopped replying. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. Not only did they sell me a faulty flute and not refund me, they aggressively blamed me and refused to give me what I needed to send it back.
