My son boot’s received quickly but when I want to return it badly ,
because charge me at the Royal Mail .
Changed returns policy during period between purchase, delivery and return. Did not make me aware and lack of guidance on how to return. Return apparently not recieved which would have left me 100 GBP out of pocket had I not enquired. No one answers helpline listed on website but resolved quickly once I went through local store branch,
Delivery was pretty quick but as soon as I bought the boots the company’s website went down and was inaccessible which made me concerned about its legitimacy.
Excellent service and incredibly fast delivery - ordered boots one evening and received them the next day .
They sent wrong order then took 6 days to respond to my return request. Not good.
After I placed my order the website went down. I have received the item but need to return it as it’s not the right fit. However the website it down and I can’t find a returns address as it’s down and has been for 3 days. I finally managed to track down a phone number which just has a pre recorded message that said they’re having technical difficulties. I’m pretty sure your website crashing doesn’t stop you being able to answer the phone. The answer message has an email address so I sent one to that and all I got back was another automatic message saying they were having technical difficulties.
I am extremely unimpressed, the lack of service makes it feel fraudulent. I’m stuck with an item I need to send back and absolutely no way to contact the company which is appalling. You should at least always be able to speak to someone.
Good delivery and Excellent customer service
Ordered with standard delivery on Thursday evening....in my hands Friday mid morning! Brilliant service.
Excellent customer service, very quick delivery. Delighted with my purchase which also happened to be on sale. Would absolutely shop here again.
Item came next day at the time stated and contents were as bought. What is there to complain about.
Speedy delivery service. Everything I could ask for...
I have recently bought a pair of timberland boots and I am happy with the purchase, they are as described, not a single issue. But not so with the whole experience of buying from Seventy Three. It should be made clear that Hermes, the currier that is used at present does not rearrange deliveries, it does not deliver to pick up points, it just gives you the options of shed or neighbour.
I asked one of Seventy Three about redirecting the parcel just after the purchase and I was told I could after it was scanned. Knowing what I know now, this is plain lying.
Why not using other curries that yes they offer the aforementioned services? Why not offering in the purchase process if we want the parcel deliverd to a Timberland o North Face shop, depending on what we buy straight away? Why do we have to confide our purchases to neighbours? I think Seventy Three should make a few changes if they want me to buy again from them. For now, I'm sorry, too much nonsense and hassle.
