I have used Sewing Machine Sales before for a large item, and will be doing so again in a few months time. Service is always spot on, staff are great to personally deal with. Even though I live in France, I will always use this company because I can be sure to get what I need, at the right price, plus I also know it will always arrive in one piece due to the exceptional packing. Very efficient service will definitely buy again

I bought a very expensive iron from Sewing Machine Sales just under two years ago. As the product was still under guarantee and not performing as it should, I contacted them. As instructed I despatched the iron by courier on Thursday, receipt was acknowledged on Friday. Imagine my astonishment and delight to receive a brand new iron by courier on Sunday! What outstanding service. I have used this company many times and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them myself again in the future.

Ordering the item was perfectly straightforward and the order was placed successfully and acknowledged. I have had problems with "creating an account", where the procedure goes round in circles and goes nowhere in the end. I have created an account with a password, but trying to sign in to the account has proved impossible. This would be something to improve!. This part doesn't match the good customer support!

I live in Canada, though I am a British ExPat.
I have one of the Babylock 6 needle machines. I design embroidery, and test some of my designs on this machine. I needed a tiny spare part, I COULD NOT FIND IT IN CANADA!!, it was available in US, but the cost with shipping was silly. These guys saved my life, and my sanity! They shipped the part faster and cheaper than the US. THANK YOU! Caroline

DO NOT trust! I was fed misleading information just so they could make a sale!! Contacted the manager only to get ignored when he couldn't justify his actions. Spent a lot of money but they don't care when they have it in their bank!

I was able to purchase both types of Brother bobbin thread from one place with only one postal fee and at a very good price for each reel too.

It was confusing .. I don't remember putting in my order number and I can't remember being asked for it at checkout.
Also, I am still confused as to what I am reviewing .. the final payment or the delivery payment ? If it's the delivery payment, it's not clear that that is what is being asked for.

so easy to use my sewing machine was collected and delivered back to me in great condition. I may have taken a while to write a review as life got in the way! I wish all electrical repairs could be this easy. I am just about to order a part for my other sewing machine and thought I would write a review. go ahead and use this service it was great.

Quick and easy to order the m/c needles I needed, though I hadn't realised I'd ordered from the company before! It must have been a long time ago. Change of password etc. quick and easy to do.

I cancelled an order ,they didn’t start process which they told me they had,a week ago nearly .to refund me ‘I’d got to wait a further few days ,meaning I had limited funds in my bank ,I wouldn’t touch this company ,all their terms don’t mean a thing

Ordering was easy, and arrived next day, the free gift wasn't included, but there was a note saying was going to arrive separately.
Also the customer service was excellent, will recommend them
