Having had some bad experiences with other companies claiming their extension tables were "universal fit" and that being very far from the case, I made a point of checking via email that this one would fit my machine; this query was very quickly dealt with - on a Sunday! - and I subsequently placed my order, which was an extremely easy process, even though I am far from competent with technology - more to do with my age than anything else! I just have to wait for my extension table to arrive now.

My sewing machine was ordered one day and received the next. I was kept informed of the parcel's progress throughout and delivered on time. I have an old Singer sewing machine that I needed a foot pedal for, so I send an email enquiring about it. I received a very quick response from Stephen, letting me know it was in stock and sending me a link to their site. I ordered it and received it 3 days later. It was an exceptionally good service. Very quick, friendly and efficient. I was especially glad to be able to get the pedal because the machine belonged to my late mother and was over 30 years old and I thought it was going to be useless without it. Many thanks!

I'm very pleased with the service I've received. I ordered late afternoon on Tuesday and received my machine early Thursday afternoon. Sewing Machine Sales kept me notified throughout the process and bonus points for using DPD, who I find to be the most reliable delivery service in my area. I had my overlocker serviced and was told the foot was weakend by damage. I had bought the Janome ezy lock from a friend for £20. So I tried to find a new foot etc. This company were marvellous and sold the 2 pieces I was seeking. Reasonably priced and the speed at which they were processed, posted and received was amazing, truly outstanding. Thank you.
