It came but is malfunctioning
The product I ordered came on time and exactly what I ordered. It was a replacement for the exact toy that had stopped working. We are quite disappointed that this new toy seems to have been damaged internally somehow. The buttons are not aligned to the outer skin and difficult to activate and it rattles like something is loose inside. It works but I not the way it is suppposed to unfortunately. K
Update. Now it does not function at all. How do I go about exchanging it or getting a refund. ??
