Sexyemporium has been an excellent merchant over the last couple of years. Rapid despatch of items with prompt communication and follow up. Highly recommended.

Ordered the item international
Ordered the item international. Shipping was on its way until I noticed it was turning back around, back to sexyemporium. Contacted the store and they found out the box was damaged, and they sent me another box, new item and faster shipping company. Got it in less than two weeks and everything went great. Very hard and fast working people at sexy emporium. Now, we get to have fun and play.

Dear David,
We're so sorry that our Mystery box did not meet your expectations and we take these matters seriously as by our standard it is that all mystery boxes will be worth more than the price paid for. So you'll be happy to know we have thoroughly investigated this for you.
You ordered a £35 Mystery Box:
Your order label was generated and order was packed at 16:00 on 07/08/2023 as recorded by Royal Mail Click & Drop Software.
The contents you received recorded by our packing station were as follows:
https://sexyemporium.com/products/long-lad-9-inch-dildo-brown
https://sexyemporium.com/products/rocks-off-large-explosive-power-vibrator-blue
https://sexyemporium.com/products/black-bondage-kit
the total of these items comes to £42.97
If you don't agree and your items are still sealed in their sterile transparent safety packaging we are happy for you to return them for a refund or for an alternative mystery selection.
We are also happy to email you the recording of your order being packed along with the Royal Mail Click & Drop Software record.
Please email me directly at sales@sexyemporium.com so that we can help you resolve this if you wish.
Kind Regards,

Dear Customer,
You pulled out a Calliper Ruler and demanded a refund on 'not as described' because the length we provided for the £6.99 dildo you bought was rounded to the nearest millimetre - which was not precise enough for you.
Our items are listed with detailed specifications, hand modelled images and videos.
We stopped replying and blocked you after you began to harass us with threatening emails and phone calls to our staff. And we still provided a refund. You then continued to abuse us over email and phone with disturbing messages and threats such as 'watch what happens next..'.
We can see you may be doing this to other businesses too by the looks of the other 60+ reviews you have left on TrustPilot.
