Only time I’ve ever experienced rude political bartender in airport bar, these people are rude and horrible!! Avoid this place! They insulted the person at the bar next to me and then seemed mad at me for talking to them! This place and there staff are very weird, I would avoid!!!!!
I signed up for a 6-month $.99/month trial subscription. After the 6th month, I would pay $14.99. A few days before my subscription was to end, I tried to cancel the subscription but there was no button to do so. I checked multiple times and there was no "cancel subscription" link and their website even said I was not subscribed to any service. Which was also odd. In any case, I thought everything was fine until about 2 months later when I saw I was charged for 2 months. I called in to try and get a refund but they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and kept hanging up on me no matter how many times I called back.
I WILL NEVER USE the sfchronicle.com website again, and neither should you. They are scammers.
