Came and squirted a load of silicone on my shower that was missing a piece when installed. Now I’m being shunned after being told they ordered a pieces. Really shoddy work all over. Unhelpful and rude

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - nothing is ever too much trouble and the work is carried out to a high standard. Ben and Warren have both been out over the last two years to finalise work in our new home - they are always friendly and conscientious. Thoroughly recommend.

AVOID! No integrity or professionalism
Tap leaked and remained unusable for 2 months. This is following a repair this company had carried out 2 months prior. I was told it needed a new seal but a month later the plumber suggested it was a different fault. This issue was only resolved by a different company coming and simply cleaning a seal and tightening it.

Making the 10 year warranty void,
Shacklocks just washed there hand of problems.
Paid shacklocks extra for 10 year warranty, which they have voided. Fraud
