We were delighted to be sent samples when requested, where another company told us they couldn't do that. All our questions were answered very promptly along with very clear instructions for measuring and installing. The sails look brilliant and are very well made. The 5 year guarantee gives us confidence that they should stand the test of time.

Very pleased with the sails and the service. Very easy to deal with.
Quite pricey but hoping they will live up to the warranty given which seems to be longer than most similar companies.

What a fabulous company to work with, there is no pressure, just pride and passion that In-Shade can give you exactly what you want, and they did.
They even advised me to wait for a couple of weeks until they had the perfect colour for my sails, which I thought was really helpful.

Every step was simple to follow, and gave me confidence to fit the shades myself. The measurements you need to provide are very clearly explained, and more reassuringly double checked by the company.
All the people who have visited my conservatory, love the sails, they provide a cool alternative to the traditional options, the conservatory itself feels snug, cool and I love the fact that it's so easy to take them down and wash them.

If I ever need another sail, I'll be straight back to In-Shade.

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. My conservatory is a non standard shape with a few design peculiarities, but the team were incredibly helpful setting out a suggested design and helping with some practical issues on where and how to take the detailed measurements. No hard sell, just simple help and advice. The quality of the product is excellent and looks really great. Simple to fit too. The follow up from the team to check everything went to plan was a nice touch too. Other companies could learn a lot from the personal service and the way you treat your customers. Thanks!

Our conservatory was unusable on hot sunny days, due to excessive heat and glare. Now, with shades fitted, it is a joy to have breakfast, lunch or just sit in it. Thank you Shadeplus for such good service and guidance for 'self fitting.

The whole experience was excellent from first contact to delivery. The sails look great and do the job. We were surprised how lightweight and easy to fit they were. The staff, especially Matt, at Shade plus were always on the end of a phone or email and always helpful (if you can understand the scottish accent!)

We already had protective film on our glass conservatory roof but sections of it were beginning to split and turn red. The Inshade Sails from Shadeplus seemed an excellent solution to covering over the film which was going to be pretty tricky to remove. The only other alternative would have been to go for roof blinds which would have been very expensive and then you have to put them up and down all the time.

The team at Shadeplus were excellent and drew up a design that we able to discuss on the phone whilst looking at it on the computer. We wondered whether to fit them ourselves but it was easy as long as you have a drill.

They look very stylish once up and are a great addition to the conservatory.

Outstanding personal service - all done remotely. Even did a screen share so we could discuss the design. Product arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It looks fabulous!

The shade plus team have a great shade solution for my conservatory at a really good price. What gave them a five star review however was the interactive design process which ensured I got the result I wanted and the accuracy of the sails that fit millimetre perfect. Well done.

My wife and I didn't really like the traditional conservatory blinds so we were looking for alternatives, we then stumbled upon Shadeplus.

Matt in the customer service / design team was great. He answered all of our queries really quickly and walked us through the design process.

Measuring up is pretty straight forward and fitting relatively simple if you have a bit of DIY experience. Matt was on hand almost immediately when I sent him a query about installation.

We couldn't be happier with the end product and it has made our conservatory much more bearable on a hot sunny day.

Shadeplus have provided an excellent service for this project. We really didn't know where to start and from our initial enquiry to completion of the job Matt and Jill were able to advise us in a professional, helpful and friendly way. We opted for the measuring and fitting service which was completed by one of their appointed partners, we are so glad we did this once again the service was exceptional and the fitting of the shade sails was completed to a very high standard.

Many thanks to everyone at Shadeplus for your hard work, the shade sails have had an immediate impact on the temperature and comfort of our conservatory. In fact yesterday afternoon we had a family meal in the conservatory which was something we would never have done at that time of day before. Our visitors were very impressed with the design, colour and comfortable temperature of our conservatory.

From the initial online design process, which I was amazed was carried out with our computers linked so as I could follow the design alternatives whilst talking to Matt on the phone, even after delivery, I received a follow up call from Matt to check that we were pleased with them and that they fitted as designed.

The sails are truly an amazing addition to our conservatory and have provided the shade to make it a more habitable space whilst also adding a "wow" factor from all that have seen them.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish with ShadePlus. Matt and Jill were ever so helpful. Matt talked me through taking the correct measurements. The shade sails arrived on time and Matt and Jill were in contact at every stage to make sure it went smoothly. We did a self install and that too was easy to do with Matt's help. A great experience !!

Throughout the process of ordering the blinds the Shadeplus team were fantastic. The initial design was exactly what we were looking for, the process of taking measurements was very easy with clear guidance of where the blinds would be positioned. The fitting of the blinds was very easy (stickers were given to put in the position of where the blinds would fasten to the conservatory- which remained until the blinds were fitted) and were up in no time at all.

The blinds themselves... excellent. Our conservatory used to be unbearable on a sunny day, which meant we are unable to use it. However we have found that the blinds do reduce the glare/heat coming into the room considerably.
