I’m a average Brisbane business owner and not very tech savvy. I got Steve to develop both of our websites (one for my own business. One for my wife’s business). On top of the fact that he did a brilliant job both times, I found him to be a straight talker, delivers what he promises and at a reasonable cost, mostly on time. If there is bad news, he tells you the bad news and doesn’t beat around the bush. In today’s business a man with integrity is as rare as hen’s teeth and I’m glad I found Steve and his team. In my view he knows his stuff backwards and if he doesn’t he doesn’t try and pretend that he does. Many are the number of times he got me out of trouble on my IT needs (API crashed, eCommerce shop improvements just to name a couple but there was plenty more occassions), save my bottom so many times that my trust for this guy and the company that he leads is solid. The most impressive attribute he and his company has is the fact that he’s able to think like a business owner and interpret what you actually need and give you USEFUL suggestions. This one alone would blow all those Indians out of the water. For this one I think he is a 2-IN-1 really – Web Solutions Provider + Business Partner.
