Pathetic excuse of entertainment

Pathetic excuse of entertainment venue with poor service, overcrowded facilities, poor toilets and thanks for ruined new year. Waited for an hour outside with table booked for £800 or so with 12 ppl in front of us, waited for longer once inside, drinks were provided at 00:40 and not in full, craptastic, might as well stayed on a street and had much better experience.
Also had to pay bill in full even tho did not get full package, not even a decent apology.

Lackluster service

I thought it was fine dinning but realised it wasn't.
To say the least, their customer service was appalling.
The pork spare ribs i ordered came rock hard like it's been microwaved the life out of it. Chips came not hot and the starters were not hot either.
wine was a cheap plonk with a high price tag.
Overall, it was lackluster.
Service charge is 12.5% for bad service and they wouldn't even let you know it discretionary. I have asked for my service charge back since i found out it was discretionary but they've gone quiet on my emails,
Very disappointed!

Disgusting customer service

Great internal decor but not but it’s hasn’t been taken cared of,I can notice it’s looking not the cleanest and could do with work.

That’s not what upset me though, I got to reception I had a stern faced Indian lady asking me “what do you want” whilst staring at me and my guest aggressively and I explained calmly we were there to eat and to be honest that just set the tone of my experience.

If you are not able to employ people that are happy to do the work then stop serving customers…. absolutely disgusting behaviour, if it hadn’t been the guest I was with wanted to try the experience I wouldn’t have proceeded to spend £122.00 on food that is “not that special”

I will be sure to leave the same comment on trust pilot too. ( such nonsense & embarrassment )

VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Booked an event at Shaka Zulu via Fatsoma which got cancelled. Fatsoma only refunded the ticket amount and refused to refund booking fee as according to them "it pays for their services". However they didn't provide any service as the event was cancelled!! I forwarded their response via email to Shaka Zulu and raised this issue to them, but they just copied and pasted the response and excuse Fatsoma gave me about "their used services" and refused to help!! AVOID!!!
