Customer service is beyond horrible

Customer service is beyond horrible. I purchased 2 copper water bottles. One was damaged and I reached out the same day to get a replacement. It has been six weeks and they have not once responded. If you look on their website, there is no additional contact information available. I have now asked for my money back and still zero response. If I could give this a negative, I definitely would.

Abysmal customer service & bad product quality

I ordered 2 yoga mats from them, one a Chakra Pro Yoga Mat extra long & wide (that mat is okay despite it being really overpriced, but I was naive enough to think I might support a nice business...), and one Ajna yoga mat.
After only about 2 weeks (!) the Ajna mat started showing holes in its fabric, little spots came off and they were getting more. I didn't abuse the mat nor did I use it more than a few times by then. It was simply normal yoga practice that it was used for.

Their customer support only replied after more than a week and several attempts of mine to get a hold of them.

Their response was that it's their policy to not replace yoga mats unless they are damaged when "delivered". By that time I hadn't even asked for a refund or replacement.

After another email exchange they insisted on their policies and basically told me to get lost, not their problem. They even claimed that they would offer me a "special discount" for a new mat but it was merely a discount they offered to everyone.

Especially considering that they claim to "create a brand that stretches beyond just high quality, sustainable clothing and accessories. We want to create a tribe of mindful, aware and healthy individuals" their attitude towards a customer who complains about a bad quality product of theirs (what yoga mat disintegrates after 2 weeks?) shows their abysmal real world attitude. None of that "love and light" they so disgustingly write below their emails...
