Great quality crystals
Great quality crystals! Excellent value for money. Large considering the price and sparkle nicely. Also came with an information sheet for all crystals which was very useful to have.
Only critique is the plastic bags the crystals came in but I understand they do need to be protected. Hopefully one day we'll have alternative to plastic!

Delivery took 3 weeks
Delivery took 3!!! weeks instead of the promised 2-5 days. This ended up being a VERY late birthday present.

I'm sorry you didn't see the post, in the checkout at that time.
It was placed right at the top of the page in large banner. We hoped it would clearly visible to everyone.
We were closed from 8th to the 21st May for a buying trip to Africa.
The post was placed in the checkout, at the top. It stated the above and that no orders would be sent until the 22nd May.
We also messaged all registered customers prior to the trip to let them know.
Really sorry you didn't see the note.
If the item couldn't be used we would of course take it back and refund.
Once again, apologies you didn't see the note. Trips like that are rare for us, only once in say 3 years.

Tech issue so didn’t realise there would be a delay in receiving, however beautiful item and customer service was handled well upon return of the owner.
We didn’t receive the out-of-office update so there was a delay in receiving the item. However, the owner apologised and processed the order when they got back. The item itself was a stunning and perfect for a negative energy removal ritual I was doing.
