I never received my shirt. Wrote to support. They told me to check my property and ask my neighbors. I told them my ring didn't show the delivery with my mail carrier. They gave me a second tracking number of an item I received in Dec. ( This shirt was ordered in February) Terrible customer service making excuses and blaming me. Will NEVER buy from them again!!!!!!!
I purchased a jumper on this website and they sent me a very tacky printed T-shirt in its place. Not even the same design as their advertised item. I know their name is Shamrocktshirt.com but they had T-shirts advertised also. This was definitely a jumper advertised. I contacted them immediately and they offered me a few dollars, then increased it it $9 which didn’t even cover the postage on my requested item. Now they have offered me a refund if I ship this thing they sent me back to them. Making me jump through hoops with requests and no refund until they receive it back. I can’t even trust them to fulfill their promise! So I’d be out £20 minimum for postage to only potentially get my £32 refund. They’d have my money, their tacky t-shirt and be out nothing! I can’t warn people vigorously enough about not doing business with this company.
