Lack of customer service skills

Lack of customer service skills

5 unsuccessful attempts to change my email address with no help

I stated I did not have access to my old email anymore it had been deleted it was on a private server, so updating my new address would not allow me to do so because SAS has to verify the new email by sending an email to the old email address that has been inactive for over 6 months.  But SAS does not get it through their heads that I don't have this old email.  The Rep.'s name is Natalie Pierce was no help at all.  She kept on telling me to update it in the setting which I can't without my old email address that is inactive.  SAS Lacks customer service skills.

Fake affiliate company- fake payouts

Fake affiliate company- fake payouts. They say they have paid you via ACH transfer, but when you ask for the bank proof receipts, they will ask for more time and more time. They never pay. Support system is a big joke. You keep raising tickets they never bother to respond you!! Think twice before joining!!

As an affiliate I would say they are…SHADY

As an affiliate I would say they are shady. Just read their FB reviews - bar the genuine disgruntled affiliate they read like fiverr gig or worse. Reviews aside they bear no responsibility for requiring the seller to provide voided transaction proof. As such any sale can be a voided transaction. When u ask shareAsale they wash their hands of it and the seller - in this case Suporadult, pocket your money and never reply to a single email. A day will come when such cowboy companies like Shareasale will be forced to payout thousands to their cheated affiliates.

DO NOT USE SHAREASALE!!!

DO NOT USE SHAREASALE!!!
We have had a ton of fraudulent orders in the last few months and have traced all of them back to SHAREASALE AFFILIATES.
This has cost us many thousands of dollars. We have tried repeatedly to contact Shareasale to resolve the issue. No one answers the help line and no phone calls have been returned.
From reading previous emails, it's clear to me that their help line is not even monitored. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They will charge you $750.00 plus…

They will charge you $750.00 plus $50.00 to open a merchant account. The merchant account will stop working after 1 month. You will have no idea that it has stopped working because the dashboard will look active. It was only many months after being stumped as to what is going on that I emailed their non existent customer service to be told the service is self help. NO, it is not. I am not a developer and have paid for a service. It is THEIR duty to let merchants know when it stops working. What they are doing is ILLEGAL. I see all of these horrible reviews. We should file a class action lawsuit.

Useless company

Useless company, run and operated by incompetent people. Most affiliates know this, judging by the reviews here and other places online. But the companies themselves, need to stop using Shareasale for their affiliate programs; it makes your company look incompetent too.

Sharasale Scammer

Complete con and not to be trusted. They try to get you to deposit crypto currency. If you don't deposit enough you lose your investment. Don't risk any of your money on this scammer.
They also threatened legal action if I shared my experience in a review.
Absolute Charlatans, bring on the lawsuit.

Software needs update

The software looks like it's from 2012, I wonder how can such a big company not hire a better designer.

I had some trouble with support but in the end it was sorted.

My account has been blocked

I was formally promoting their products, but the account was suddenly closed to me the day before yesterday. I was supposed to pay the cost of marketing and promotion of my alliance on 20th of this month, but my account was blocked before they paid. I think they did it on purpose. A real liar, wasting days of my time.

Brands and shareasale are running a scam!

Okay so a brand invited me to shareasale to promote for them and i went ahead and did it. Promoted them for a month and now my account is all the sudden banned and i went to customer service and she asked me what was my website so she can find the account and see the problem. but then i realized that after she replied she closed the ticket! There is a reason why there are so many brands going to shareasale! Do not fall for the shareasale scheme because the platform is in on the scam! There are brands only running affiliate programs for free promotion with no intention to actually pay! if they are quick to not give u an explanation its most likely a scam going on within the platform!
BE AWARE !

ShareAsale is worst affiliate network.

One of the worst affiliate networks in the world, dont trust them at all. My oldest account like 7 years old got shut down by them, They are the worst and I personally meet their account managers at Affiliate Summit east event and they are ruthless and don't care for the affiliates. I will sya avoid this company at all. I am experienced affiliate marketer 10+ years and SAS was the first account that got shut down in my career of 10 years. I gave them all valid data to open my account but they shut down and dont care to reply. Guys dont trust this company I am warning and I can prove it. They can eat your commissions anytime.

ShareAsale links don't work

Is this site even updated? None of the links for merchants I was approved work. What is going on with this site? Is it still in business or is a defunct site? You can email them a problem but there is never any solution. Someone sends an email that says contact the vendor. Most cases there is no way to contact the vendor. Ridiculous. I've wasted so much of my time.
