defected product
I received the computer almost on time but it didn't boot up on the first try, some issue with the VGA or Motherboard, VGA debug LED kept being on and causing the computer not to boot up, I called them the next day and sent the computer back and now I am waiting for the result, I gave it a 1 out of 5 because the promise is stress test, but I really don't get how they tested it the computer didn't even boot up on the first try, unless Postnord did some throw and catch with the case on the way.
PS: will update my rating if the result of this back-and-forth thing comes out good, such a shame paying 48k for a computer that doesn't work on the first day.

UPDATE: I sent the product back for repair/replacement, the Graphic card was faulty, and it took some time to get it back but now with their really good support and help everything is in order and the PC is working like a charm.

Ordered at 8 in the morning i thought this would make the sent my pc durring the day. But insteed ended up in a quee from hell or the only have 2-3 ppl send orders. I ordered alot of pc and sharkgaming is the slowest of them all so far. When i get my produkt i will give a full rewie. But so far it of to a rocky start

We sell configurable PC's, which means that the PC's that a customer creates is rarely the same as the next customer.
The photos we showcase, are examples of a configuration possible in that specific build. This is communicated several places on our website, since we do want to avoid people buying something they are not happy with.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service provided by Shark Gaming. I purchased a high-end gaming PC from Shark Gaming, and while the initial excitement was palpable, I encountered a minor setback when the PC required some repairs due to damage to the Motherboard and GPU.
After that, I sent it back through RMA. A few days later they manage to replace all the necessary components and sent it back to me without any problems. There were no unnecessary delays, no bureaucratic hurdles, and no additional stress on my end, which I am very grateful for.
I have now received it and installed it and everything works great!
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Shark Gaming for their dedication to providing top-notch service.

Everything went well except
Everything went well with my PC order except sadly I got the wrong RAM on my build which I had to discover by myself in the BIOS, but that issue was swiftly handled by the customer service after I sent an email about it. Maybe on the next order I will give a 5.

The service is good.
I had tons of problems when i got the computer into my hands.
Reason= the are sooo protective about geting the computer to you safe it unbroken that the did use
insta pack/bag and me my old ass i spent thousands of hours playing games buying new gear etc. I newer seen that and it was so confusing
Soo i did call them 2 times
1st time the guy answered he was polite but i heard it on him do a
face-palm haha
But he gave me good info on a video and i didn't realy get it .so i called agen and this nice polite woman helped me 😆😅 conclusion buy yore gear at sharkgaming its worth it 👌
