Fast delivery and great customer support! First of let me just say that the website is amazing! The fact that you can choose the game you'll be playing, the resolution and what graphics to se what FPS the computer delivers is genius. It's also great to be able to change the internals of the pre-configured computers.
One of the parts in my computer was on backorder so I contacted customer support and got an answer 20 minutes later! Seriously fast! The deliver was also fast with fedex and the computer was really well packed and secure. Its great that they have foam underneath the graphics card to support it and avoid damage to the card.

I ordered the pc and it arrived more or less within the time window that was promised. Inside the case, the cpu cooler was not in its intended place and was just sitting inside the case. However all is well and it's working as intended. My issue and the reason for a three star review is that there was a promotion at the time where I was supposed to get a game for free with the purchase. I couldn't find the activation key in the tab on the website, was waiting for it to show up, but it never did. So I contacted the support team and got a bottom-tier response. The full email response I got was "Hello.
 Here is a key.
 The campaign is over, so you might not be able to collect it unfortunately. 
 Key - xxxxxx
Kind regards."
I'm late to claim, but how is this my fault? Got a random key, not even sure where I'm supposed to activate it, no instructions whatsoever, just whoops, you're out of luck, have fun.
While I didn't buy the pc to get a game for free, I'm a man of principle and thefore I feel obligated to give a lesser rating than I would have originally given as the pc quality is pristine, have no complaints there.

Bought a monitor a few years ago, and wanted to attach it to ma monitorarm.
Unfortunately the mount did not fit the screen - and i contacted SharkGaming for assistance - without any hesitation, they found adaptors for the mount, and sent them directly to my address within 30 minutes of my first point of contact with Emil.

Bought a pc for roughly 1000$. It took some days to begin building which I didn’t mind. The product was securely placed in the package along with the equipment and accessories. When I booted up the pc it couldn’t run windows 11 which was very tedious considering I was sitting there for 3 hours trying to make the pc work. Had all the cables plugged correctly. I proceeded to call support and I had to deliver the pc back again to the manufacturers to get it fixed. A very annoying proccess but at the end of the day it was worth it.

Very good company, promised 2-4 working days, got indeed building and stress test after 4 days, shiping was beatiful and very carefuly to not damage any part. Recommending this site

Customer service 5/5 you send in a question and you get a nice response back quite fast.

Going trough the website picking which PC i wanted is sadly a 1/5 because the loading time is 30 seconds maybe more before it loads to the next page or anywhere on the website which was annoying.

(i even used Chrome! and that didn't do much ;u;)

Getting my PC ready was done really quickly in a good way where i ordered 24th July and it was built the same day i believe? tested out and packaged for sending.

Packaging id say is around a 3/5-4/5 because the plastic air bubble thingies did not cover all the way around which was a bit odd but luckily it was really well packaged and when i opened it up i noticed a fan that got loose... luckily i easily add it back on and i hope no smaller parts has been hit during it's shipping process ( it runs smoothly thus far!)

I wish more dropped Norton Security because it chokes your PC performance and makes things act out weirdly ... and i found out AMD Adrenaline software or whatever it's called definitely prevented some games from launching. Windows updates took a very unusual amount of time to load but it seems to be resolved once that and Norton was removed.

I chosed Sharkgaming because they offered a more good deal for the money with which parts was in the computer unlike most brands like Komplett, Elkjøp and Power here in Norway and a few more selling theirs for a little bit less or the same price but with parts that is not as great as offered in Sharkgaming.

The CPU fan was installed on the wrong side of the heat sink, the cable wasn't connected to the motherboard either. I had to do it myself. And I don't believe they have done stress testing. How is it possible to do it without a fan?
I gave three points because of their fast responses from the customer service. Otherwise I didn't like the experience shopping from Shark gaming

I bought one gaming computer for my kid. Sharkgaming people and very professional helpfull and have very good products with MSI processor. I really like the way things are so organised and communcation is so clear. Thanks and way to go🙏
