Wanted a replacement part got redirected to some other sitec

I needed a replacement charging cord for my vacuum. I gave the information. They said they could get it. Without my knowledge they redirected me to a site just ask. I thought I was providing information for the cord, when in fact they had redirected me to this site that now has my personal information. Sharper image does not have replacement parts and can't be trusted.

Not happy with the shipping

Not happy with the shipping! We ordered a toy for our grandson and it wasn't even placed in a separate box. It arrived in the box the toy comes in, the box is damaged, and there are shipping labels all over the box that won't come off. This is supposed to be a christmas present! I don't know if the toy is damaged.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered a product with 3 day shipping. It has now been 7 business days (9 including weekends) and I don’t have it. It was shipped with FedEx (whom you can connect with but only to get a recording) and the tracking shows it is just stuck at my local FedEx facility. Just stuck and I do t know why. I called Sharper Image and was on hold for over 30 minutes when the call was simply disconnected. I called back and left a number for them to call me. They have not called…shocker!! And, they have my money! Credit card was charged. I even left a message in FB but that went no where either.

Customer service non-existant

I was very disappointed to find that the item I bought from Sharper Image had been used. It cost me 17.99 to have it shipped to me and they said I would have a 17.99 credit. When I tried to return the item they said it would cost $21 to return it or I could have another credit. Three hours trying to contact them on the phone and I didn't get anyone so I spent almost $40 for an item that was used and I didn't keep. Be aware.

Buyer Beward

The sad reality about this company is the scammy way they hold you to them if you change your mind on a product. The goods and shipping costs here are expensive, and I have a right to change my mind. But to be charged both shipping costs as a penalty is not worth the purchase in the first place despite the quality of the goods. This is a disappointing place to deal with and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the PB Pro+ massage gun and…

I purchased the PB Pro+ massage gun and it was not only overpriced but it didn't last even 6 months.
I bought the item through Amazon and when it started to malfunction I reached out to sharper image first and they refused to take any responsibility since I did not buy it through their website.
I then reached out to Amazon for assistance and after they tried to get the company to own up to it and failed Amazon did everything they could to refund me as they could no longer accept the return.
I am extremely disappointed in sharper image not only for the poor quality product they made and sold but even more so for the complete lack of effort in their "customer service" department.

The catalog says “20 percent off all items with code Holiday 2025 + Shipping Rebate.” When i called to order there wasn't a 20 reduction in the prices. I asked the salesperson for the reduced price of each item and she said that it would be taken off at the end. But it wasn’t. Apparently the reduced price for each item in the catalogue already included the Holiday reduction. There was no need to give them the Holiday Code. Very deceiving. Also the Shipping Rebate couldnt be deducted from my final payment. What i will receive is note saying that i could apply the amount of the shipping credit to my next

If zero stars were an option, Sharper Image would get it. This company is a complete SCAM! I ordered the Virtual Pong expecting a full-size console as shown on their website. What arrived was a tiny unit in a 10x10 box—nothing like the product image. I paid $103, and when I called to return it, they said I’d only get $62 back because of a $24 “handling fee.” That’s not just disappointing—it’s blatantly deceptive! Misleading advertising, outrageous fees, and zero accountability.

I am still waiting for my purchase…

I am still waiting for my purchase after over 2 weeks. I have tried to trace where the package is with no success. I have called and spoke with someone in India who I could not understand. I got no information. I will never purchase from sharper image ever again.

DO NOT BUY FROM SharperImage.com!!!! They are scammers! I'm not sure if this has always been the case, but if you accidentally make the unfortunate mistake of purchasing something from them, you cannot cancel the order, and you will have to wait until you receive the package to return the item. And the shipping cost (which is horrendous) will not be refunded. So you end up paying for at least part of the order anyway... Probably about how much the actual item is to make, in fact.

Horrible company and truly useless customer service.

A broken product with terrible customer…

A broken product with terrible customer service that refused to help me after the product I’ve had for under a year and took great care of stopped working. I contacted there customer care and after getting nowhere with the ai chat bot got an agent. They refused to help me since I didn’t have the box and a number on it. Why do I need that? I will never ever purchase anything they make again.

I bought an electronic device which they consider a personal device. I opened it. It doesn’t work. I requested to return it. They will not give me a refund. I only get a store credit because I opened it. How would I know if it worked if I didn’t open it? How can they get away with sending out merchandise that doesn’t work and not giving you a refund this is ludicrous and I am mad.

I ordered a laser hair comb

I ordered a laser hair comb. They tricked me into ordering two of the same. I immediately called and they said they could not help and that I would have to return it once delivered. I never opened package and took it to a USPS store for return. I got a tracking number. They said and still say that they never got the package and refuse to credit my charge for almost $300. I have been fighting with them for 7 months. I get the credit and then they take it back. It is not my fault that they didn't get the package. Never deal with these scumbag ripoffs. They are the worst.

Sharper Image scam

This is NOT the retail store known as Sharper Image. It is a website owned by con artists and NO customer service. I needed a plug to recharge the light in a lighted facial mirror I bought 2 years ago. I contacted the Sharper Image website to inquire how to purchase one. Long story short, I was asked for receipt number, name, address, phone number before I would get an answer. I refused to give out the personal info until my question was answered. This conversation went back and forth as they would not answer my question (told them I would pay for the new cord and was not looking for a free one). Refused to answer my question till I gave them personal info.
What company or scammers bought the name? DO NOT BUY from any Sharper Image catalog! It is not the retail store we once knew.

I ordered a product through Amazon that was from sharper Image and it stopped working in a couple of weeks. When I called Sharper Image customer service they were rude and disrespectful. If they would have just said they were sorry and helped but instead their customer service rep just kept interrupting me and did not help me at all. Horrible company don't ever purchase anything through them.

Sharper Image Massager

2 years ago I was gifted the Sharper Image Percussion Massagers. Used it maybe 4 times in those 2 years and went to use it yesterday...it wouldn't turn on. Called Sharper Image and was basically told, "Well, it's been 2 years and your battery is dead, so there's nothing we can do." They couldn't even give me a recommendation for repair. This product is trash if it only has a 2 year shelf life for as pricey as it was. I have other products that have lasted more than 5 years and still working while this trash massagers battery is dead already. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this item nor expect decent customer service for support!
