I was introduced to Sharpmonkeys by a business associate in 2019, I was leaving my employed status to launch 2 new businesses. I cannot express my satisfaction and pleasure in working with John and his team enough! SM have delivered consistently on both websites and having asked for training to do simple content and page updates, I attended and they have instructed me perfectly. David the key developer is patient in his explanation of how and why we should do stuff and always delivers on time, to our complete satisfaction. Because of SM, specialistvehicleassociates.com and engineerinsuranceandaftercare.com are thriving!

My company had the misfortune to engage this company to handle our digital marketing requirement. We chased and chased and yet no work was carried out. Our accounts were not accessed and no password was requested to gain access. Eventually a website report which is available free online and some photos downloaded from a royalty free website were produced. We were then billed a large amount which we refused to pay and have been hounded for this ever since. I don't know how this company gets away with this extremely poor service, providing useless information and trying to prove work has been done when it obviously has not. My advice - avoid.
