Worst customer service and Rude Staff. STAY AWAY.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff are disrespectful, unprofessional, and unable to handle even basic questions about data protection without becoming upset. I contacted their main branch in Germany — they didn’t bother to respond.
This company has no integrity, no customer respect, and no interest in fixing problems. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn others not to trust this company.
