Poor Product Quality and Even Worse Customer Support
I am very disappointed with my experience with Shaw flooring.
My hardwood flooring, installed in 2019, started getting damaged within just 5 years. The surface is chipping and peeling, and in some areas it has even caused minor injuries while walking barefoot. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is advertised with a 25-year warranty.
When I reached out to customer support, I did not receive any meaningful help. They kept asking for proof of purchase and directed me back to the dealer, even after I clearly mentioned that I no longer have those details. There was no effort from their side to investigate the issue or provide any alternative solution.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of response and follow-up. I had to wait weeks for replies, and even then, I was simply redirected without any real assistance. I even asked them to clearly confirm if they would not provide a resolution, but did not receive a direct answer.
At the very least, I expected some guidance on how to fix the issue, even if it was at my own cost. Unfortunately, they were not willing to help with that either.
Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend relying on their warranty claims.
