We always stay here brilliant hotels think there should be entertainment every night and bingo there are always people around and its a long night when there is nothing on

It was a nice hotel, work being done to upgrade hotel, my only dislike was dogs allowed to stay in hotel rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a very bad experience regarding the dining room Very badly Organized that was about 5 years ago .We decided to give it another go the hotel was good the staff and the reception are very good. Now the dining room Staff ,dining room Manager and the food was very good and very well organized. The only thing that let us down was the very cold bedrooms, there was no heating on. But we enjoyed our stay. Thank You

Friendly hotel. Little bit tired in places. Staff very good and obliging. Went with my daughter had two single rooms for 7 nights. Very small bathrooms 1.4m x 1.4m. Only minor problem with housekeeping was when Lucy had her day off the room servicing left a lot to be desired even bin was not emptied. Work by Lucy was brilliant as was most other staff.

The bed and breakfast part was fine but the evening meal was absolute rubbish the meals were crap and so was the service. We were beginning to think there was a pig farm on the car park as we had pork on each of the 3 night stay. We went out for our meal on the 3rd night as it was so bad. For the first time ever we never left a tip and we have been staying at shearing hotels for over 20 years but probably not again.

While we're pleased the bed and breakfast element was satisfactory, it's very disappointing to hear that the evening meals and service let the experience down particularly as you felt the need to dine on the third night. That’s certainly not the experience we expect for our customers, especially those who have supported us for so long.

I was hoping for a room with a sea view,I appreciate this was not guaranteed but when I asked at reception on arrival they said it was nothing todo with them I should contact you. It was late afternoon so i did not think this could be done. After booking with you I received at least five emails making asking for several details there was mention of my request. The bathroom & shower were so small almost impossible to use at our age seen bigger on cruise ship.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to get a room with a sea view. When a request such as this is placed, it is forwarded to the hotel who will try to accommodate it if they are able to.
