Mixed feelings and experience about the shed I bought from shed store. Ordering, communication and delivery was fine. Product looked okay on arrival. Construction: base was too slightly too big (10mm), consequently had to push and pull sides into an acceptable shape which led to the bottom shiplap boards being slightly angled which had knock on issues for cover strips. Apex side sections were tricky to fit (required trimming) and did not fit neatly. The central apex truss would have been better if pre drilled for the truss bracket Having two panels on each side of the shed leads to some initial bowing before roof goes on which makes overall construction more difficult. Contacted the customer service about one set of missing components and they arrived next day, so I am impressed with aftersales support. The instructions were very good, although if you don't have shed construction experience extra detailed videos would help.

Wood was very poor quality, full of knot holes, 1x1 wood used on side sections warped and cracked, Missing window sills, The doors were warped, very hard for professional trades person to work with, Very overpriced and poor quality,
Will not recommend any of my family friends and neighbours to purchase from Shedstore

Did exactly as they said they would on time and very helpful

Delivery was very quick (3 days from order), customer service has been quick to respond and sent out the missing piece from the order.

Now the bad part, quality of the shed wasn't great for the cost, could do with more thorough QA as a lot of the wood was twisted and cracked, including a floorboard which I put my foot through when I stood on it.

Lots of relevant information on the Shedstore site made choosing and ordering the shed easy. I had earlier tried to order a shed from "The Range" but had 2 simple questions which they were unable to answer. Their automated answering service tried 3 times with irrelevant rubbish. I was then passed to an advisor who cut me off before I'd typed in the questions and a second advisor who said he didn't have the information. Thank goodness SHEDSTORE do know details for the products they sell.

It was a quick service from ordering to receiving the item. Excellent service.

Delivery Driver was great and very helpful. The shed had warped panels, and holes which had to be fill with silicon as knots had fallen out and splits had widened out. All in all, have had better sheds for quarter of the money. Quality was not up to the price that was payed for it

After being disappointed with the cancellation of my initial delivery the follow up from customer services and subsequent delivery today has been excellent.Godfrey our delivery driver was excellent and delivered the shed exactly where I asked.Well done forest/shedstore

Lovely little bike shed. Delivered promptly and able to track driver’s progress on the day, so knew exactly what time he would arrive.
Slight issue with putting it together (ours!) and it was soon sorted by a quick phone call. Excellent service.

Very poor quality shed don’t buy! Gaps in wood so many knots awful

The thumbnail advert claimed free delivery but at the checkout it adds it on, every place I checked did the same, plus it claimed to be able to deliver by a much earlier date but once again at checkout the date gets pushed back

Arrived flat packed

My log store arrived flat packed. Nowhere on the website does it mention this. I am unable to build this myself and will now incur costs to have it constructed for me. I told shed store about my issue and their reply was to suggest I should’ve asked prior to purchase. Awful customer service - so buyer beware - the items arrived flat packed!

I had trouble ordering on line at first so sent an email and was emailed back next morning.

Polite driver

I purchased a shed back in June, service and delivery were ok. There was only one delivery man who worked hard to offload shed and place them in back garden (I have side access). He was polite and professional.
Unfortunately the quality of the shed wasn’t of the same good standards. On inspection before assembly it could be seen that several pieces were badly warped and some wood already split. There are so many large gaps which I’ve tried to fill but it’s very difficult as I can get the actually get my hand in between. The door is quite narrow and badly twisted so much so that the bottom half sticks out over an inch and doesn’t close without a lot of force and pushing and doesn’t seem secure at all.

The driver Andy W was really helpful and respectful. Love guy!

I placed an order (Ref: SHS3000430324) on 27th July, trusting the standard lead times on Shedstore's website. What followed was over three weeks of utter frustration, unkept commitments, and blatant contradictions from customer support.
After exceeding the original lead time, representatives (Suki and Charlotte) explicitly promised revised delivery windows and committed to calling me back with updates. None of these callbacks ever happened. At one point, three separate emails I sent were completely ignored. When I called in to chase, Suki claimed a "different team" handled emails, a claim i later discovered on a subsequent call was total nonsense, as any agent can access and handle emails on the spot.
When forced to address the delays, staff attempted to reframe promised delivery dates as merely my "personal preference" and hide behind claims that lead times are "just estimates." It was only after i formally threatened to reject delivery at the door under my statutory consumer rights that they finally took action and issued a £30 partial refund for the
inconvenience.
The shed eventually arrived on Monday, 17th August, but the stress, poor communication, and outright dishonesty from support were unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value reliable delivery and professional service.
