Ordered a shed from these guys but then decided i will build my own, Cancellation was no problem (10/04/2019) how ever 5 days on and I'm still awaiting my refund, I call everyday and i'm told the same thing "no problem sir it will be in your bank by this evening" still no refund. I'm starting to believe the negative reviews of this company now.

It was hopeless
It was hopeless. I explained on the phone that I needed the shed I'd ordered (& paid a considerable excess for delivery of) during a particular week, which was duly arranged with several weeks' notice. I received various messages confirming the date until the day before delivery a phone call to say they'd forgotten to ask me for an image of the base. I offered to send it straight away but the delivery had been cancelled and couldn't be rescheduled in the week I needed the shed up. I cancelled the order. There are too many parties involved in the process: sheds warehouse, a manufacturer and a delivery company and they clearly don't know what each other are doing.

A month and still no refund.
I bought a shed first few days of January. Then the day after emailed and asked to cancel the order and a refund I was advised was coming my way. I then chased this a week lafter and was advised it was missed in the last run and will be done as an emergency and will hit my account the following week. I am still waiting for that refund. And not one of my 4 chase emails have yet to be answered.

Unacceptable service and product
We decided to use Shedswarehouse to supply and install a fence and shed to save us the time due to moving house.
The fence posts were all wobbly and unacceptable. We complained and the response was that it wasn't their fault and the ground wasn't prepared prior to their installation.
The shed gets wet inside due to the rain soaking through the cladding and the quality of installation is poor. They are taking no responsibility for poor installation or poor quality of the shed.
Overall we are so disappointed with their service and the quality of their products.
What a waste of money that we cannot afford to waste!
We would not recommend this company at all.
Do the job yourself and have it done properly....

Think twice before buying
I ordered a metal shed which took weeks to arrive and then the fitters took several months to arrive. Shedswarehouse don't tell you that the shed will leak when it rains, and they don't tell you that you should place sealant around the base, and screw holes. Of course, they don't add sealant as part of the purchase. They do charge a large sum for poor quality screws to secure the base to the concrete - of which the fitters managed to shear the heads off most of the screws. Overall if I could have scored zero, I would have.

Log Store - Poor Quality control and service
Ordered a log store which was delivered without fittings or instructions. Customer service is an answer phone and they don't respond. Phone sales instead who are helpful. Sales offered to post missing parts or email instructions and parts list and do a refund to cover inconvenience.
Bought recommended screws but they were not long enough. Phoned sales again (still no response from customer service) who kindly sent photos of the show room one. This showed that the sides and back of the one I had were incorrectly made. Had to buy more parts for remedial action. Refund never appeared so rang sales again who said if I sent the receipts they would process a refund. I no longer beleive what they say so have not bothered.

Order placed online 18/07 - including installation. Not clear that I was paying for the installation in the overall price and there was another product without it.
Shed delivered 25/07. In anticipation I had demolished the old shed and hired a skip for the crossover.
On 25/07 I got a call to arrange installation. The date they offered was 10/08 (2 weeks after it was delivered). I talked them through and we got to the 06/07 which I was still not happy about.
I rang to complain evening of 25/07 as when I had initially inspected the product, a part from it feeling flimsy it looked like everything was in tact. The team said they had no control over installation dates and therefore I decided to look at building it myself and getting an installation refund of £150.
Once I had moved the wood around I saw the window frame had a split piece from the nail going through it at an angle. I rang again and they advised to send an email - email sent 25/07 with photos.
I got no response within 24 hrs so emailed again asking if they received my original email but again no response. On 27/07 I rang them and they confirmed they received my email and forwarded it to a forest Garden (manufacturers) and they they will call to discuss. No phone was received so on Mon 30/07 I rang again spoke to a manager Danielle who confirmed she would get Forest Garden to call back. This time they called back and said they can replace the damaged side within 3-5 days. I had just received a call from installers saying they had a cancellation for 31/07 - which is great except the wood was damaged.
I rang through again to say i had paid over £500 for an 8x6 shed. The service, product and resolution received was poor and wanted it resolving. The best they could offer wasnt to refund the installation cost or a decent %refund... It was £20 goodwill gesture. An absolute joke and insult. Needless to say this was way off the 40% refund I was looking for and now the shed is being returned.
I would never recommend using this company. They cause nothing but stress and anxiety. They are expensive and inept. They also charge £21 more the the SRP as confirmed by the manufacturer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I must add that i did try to avoid writing this review and gave clear notice that if the situation is not resolved then this would be my course of action... £20 haha having a laugh

unfulfilled order
Ordered a summerhouse from Shedswarehouse. On the pre-arranged day of delivery, after receiving confirmation that the consignment had been dispatched, received a text message to say it would not be delivered. Delivery rearranged for a week later, only to receive a call again on the delivery day to say, guess what, that once again it would not be delivered. Two days taken off work, two days wasted.
Called customer services, no answer, just a recorded message to tell you to send an email. Appalling.
So called back and selected Sales instead of Customer Services. Phone answered immediately. Seems Shedswarehouse are keen to take your money be not keen to deal with problems. The only redeeming feature was that when I did get through to "sales" the call was dealt with courteously and a refund arranged.

The saga continues and I update you with the content of an email sent to-day to Shedswarehouse:
'Just to update you. The fitter for the shingles did not turn up to-day. The company phoned about 4.00pm - I had been waiting since 7.00 am - to advise that the fitter would not complete the job today. Their best date is now next Thursday.
There are several options now:
1) Your company could arrange a refund of the monies I paid for the shingles and their fitting - I have waited long enough and want this job finished asap. It has dragged since the order was placed on the 26th Feb.
2) You chase the manufacturer who is arranging the shingle fitting and try to get an earlier date. They suggest that the problems have come from yourselves.
If the manufacturer is to fit the shingles then they will need felting nails and some form of ridge. The shingle packs are still where they were left at the end of the construction and the company may need some new, unbent, shingles.
3) I pursue this through the Small Claims Court.
A response to my Trust Pilot review was received to-day saying that the file notes say the job is complete!!
Sadly it is not.
Please advise what your company now intends to do to satisfactorily resolve this matter and please advise what compensation your company are offering pursuant to a previous email'.
To all of you thinking about this supplier please think carefully, use a credit card so that you have some recourse, say some prayers!!!

Good nice looking shed
Having put together a few of these type of buildings it was very nice to find that when putting this together all the holes seemed to line up for the bolts to go through without any alignment problems apart from a couple which had to be persuaded with a bit of wiggling. This made the build a straightforward affair after identifying all the parts. This was the only real downside. The instructions are quite clear and easy to follow but the whole process would have been so much easier and quicker if the parts had had stick on labels on with their respective part numbers. Apart from this it is a nice looking and useful shed which should give long service. I would be happy to buy another should the need arise. It is recommended in the instructions that the shed is built on a flat service and this is indeed a very good and essential point for a easy build.

6X4 Shed and it's assembly
The shed arrived in great time. I checked that all the bits were there, and they were. We started by trying to take the protection blocks off the bottoms of the main panels. It took us ages. The annular nails got stuck in the main pieces as the protection blocks split apart. We had to grind the nails off with an angle grinder. Next we started trying to construct the shed. This went ok, apart from when I had the roof on and then started wondering when we should attach the doors, only to find out they should have been fitted before we started erecting it. So we put the doors on, which didn’t shut properly, so we had to grind a bit off the doors. It would have been good if fitting the doors was step 1 and not in the pre assembly area. The rest of it went ok, but took me ages, mainly because I am not that strong, mainly on my own and I haven’t done this before. It would also be good if the instructions had told me how to fit the roof facia boards and diamond bit. I stuck the diamond on first and then the other boards, and then realised the diamond should have gone on top of the other facia boards. All in all, a nice looking shed

Service was excellent and goods delivered on the day agreed. The only reason for 4 stars was because although the website stated that delivery was free there was delivery charge of nearly £60 to my address.
