I am from Germany and so was quite hesitant to order from the USA/China, especially because of the money I would spend on a prom dress and customs. However, I can definitely say that it paid off. I was very surprised by how unproblematic and professional everything went down.
I ordered this dress with the fabric one could see on the pictures with custom sizing. (I highly recommend choosing custom sizing since my dress fit me perfectly, I didn’t have to pay extra for it and I didn‘t have to worry about not being able to send it back since I knew it was going to fit my measures.) However, the fabric I wanted was not available so the Sheer Girl Team contacted me and sent me pictures of similar fabrics I could choose from. Also, I had the opportunity to choose a different dress. I did choose another fabric for the dress.
The conversations with the Sheer Girl Team always were really helpful, I can only say good things about them.
The dress actually arrived earlier than I anticipated, but I would recommend to order quite some time before the event you want to attend with your dress. I didn‘t have any issues with customs and didn‘t have to pay anything after I paid on the Sheer Girl website.
The dress itself is so incredibly stunning, the fabric was like the picture the Sheer Girl Team sent me and it has a very nice quality. Also, because of custom sizing, the dress fits perfectly. I would 100% recommend ordering here, I probably will too when I need a special dress for another event.

I ordered this dress, and it was too big for me. I then measured the dress and noticed that the measurements were wrong. They were not the same ones that I had sent in. After over 5 emails back and forth, they refused to give me a refund, and wanted me to send the dress back (shipping costing $70) and said they were going to measure it themselves & would only give me 30% back... Alterations were going to cost more than the dress... DON'T ORDER.

I got my wedding dress really early because I dont like to stress about things. I ordered this dress with caution because the price was too good to be true. I was SO pleased with the amazing communication throughout the process. They responded to all my emails of concerns (sizing, custom measurements, lace material, train length, EVERYTHING!) And i was incredibly shocked. The dress is BEAUTIFUL and everything I imagined. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. My parents and Maid of honor was so shocked how much i paid and how great quality it was. If you are feeling on the fence or debating whether you should try SheerGirl-JUST DO IT! You won't be disappointed!

Ordered a dress and was a little worried because of the great price but it’s perfect! I ordered custom sizing and it fits like a glove! The dress is exactly what the image and website description describes. I would definitely order again!

I am in love with this dress. The first time I ever saw a picture of this dress was when I was in grade 7, looking at posts on Pinterest. Ever since then, it has been the prom dress of my dreams. Fast forward a few years to today, I researched the picture from Pinterest like crazy. I found this dress being sold on a lot of fake stores, mainly selling from China. So, when I found SheerGirl, I was really suspicious. However, customer service (Daniel) was extremely kind and patient with my e-mails and helped me through the process. I did a custom size and the dress came EXACTLY on time. I have no negative things to say about it. Everything fits perfectly, exactly as I want it to. I will be doing some steaming on the day of prom though since it did wrinkle a bit during transit. It came in a vacuum sealed bag and they sent it through a courier (DHL) rather than an ordinary mailing service! I was skeptical since there were so little realistic reviews when I was purchasing so HERE IS YOUR REALISTIC REVIEW. I promise I was not asked to make this review or to lie about anything. I genuinely love this dress! The dress I purchased was "Simple V Neck Dusty Rose Long Prom Dresses With Straps And Ruffle Skirt ARD2109" and you can look at the review I posted on the SheerGirl website to see what it looked like!

Got my wedding dress was super worried at first not knowing it was a scam or not but shortly after ordering a received an email From them asking to double check my sizes I sent and when the wedding was to get in time! And when I got it was everything I wanted it was perfect highly recommend!

I bought a wedding dress, was so nervous at the beginning thinking that it might not be done the way i want it but when I got the dress, not only it came so quick, it was also perfect and the dess fit me perfectly. I thank David who helped me throughout the process, very professional and able to answer all of my question in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

I ordered several flower girl dresses from SheerGirl and I could not be happier with how they turned out. VERY well made. And the company was amazing to work with. They emailed me color samples so I could get the exact color I wanted and then emailed me to verify the color and sizes/measurements before they cut the dresses. I rarely write reviews online but I had to with this company because of how easy they were to work with and because the dresses are just beautiful!! Special thanks to David at the company for answering all my emails in such a timely manner!!

5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH TO EXPRESS MY WEDDING GOWN I FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE! IN THE BEGINNING I WAS VERY UNSURE ABOUT ORDERING A DRESS ONLINE AND WAS VERY SCEPTICAL BUT FROM THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT WHICH WAS THE SAME DAY WITH MR DAVID HUANG OF SHEERGIRL I WAS SOON PUT AT EASE WITH MY INSECURITIES ABOUT ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS. I AM FROM AUSTRALIA.
I MADE MANY CUSTOMIZATION TO THE ORIGIONAL DESIGN DRESS I FOUND ON SHEERGIRL AND MR HUANG HELPED ME ALONG THE WAY WITH IDEAS THAT WOULD MAKE MY DRESS BE WHAT I WANTED AND ADVISED WHAT WAS BEST FOR THE FINISHING PRODUCT. AND IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE!

I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THE 27TH AUGUST 2020 STATING MY DRESS HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND TODAY THE 21ST OF SEPTEMBER 2020 MY DRESS ARRIVED TO MY DOOR VIA A TNT TRUCK COURIER. THEY WERE NOT WRONG WITH HOW WELL THEY PACK THE DRESS AND PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED.

I was really concerned that the quality of the dresses might not be good, as I felt I was taking a risk by buying from a random add i saw on Facebook, but the dresses are beautifully made , (i bought 2 wedding dresses and selling the one that I don't need) i had them custom to fit me, they fit perfectly they kept in constant contact with me about everything! I'm so happy with the results!! 🥰🥰🥰

This is the worst company ever! We have proof of what we ordered online, they sent the wrong color of dress and it doesn't even look like the dress from the website! Also, they didn't even send the dress on the promised date! Total Scam!! They are a knock off Chinese company! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

The Dress is amazing! Plus the team was good about keeping in contact with me about it the whole time!

Love my customised wedding dress. I chose champagne colour and it is perfect. Their service and assistance is 5 star. This is because when they complete the dress they send email first with photos to double confirmed that I agree with the dress. If not they will amend accordingly and email to you again. Now I can say I finally say yes to the dress. Will definitely lookout for SheerGirl in the future.

Don’t buy from here. Tried to return dresses that I did not like.. and was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the dress. They refuse to do a return and I think this is the same company as Hebeos. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER COMPANY. Now I need to figure out what I am going to do with this dress.
