A little bit expensive

Total Disaster! I wish I could share the email chain with this company; it would disclose an unparalleled level of incompetence and prevarication. In brief, I ordered Magnificat a 8 voci con 6 vel 10 istromenti. This is the clearly advertised product as written. Instead I received only 2 sheets of paper for two instrumental parts. The 'customer service' person, who styles herself as 'Amy S' then tried to claim that I had failed to read a section which was not actually displayed in the original display on their site. Next she tried to shift the blame to the publishing house for creating confusion. (Sorry, but you're the retailer: you're responsible for what you advertise.) Finally she offered to refund my money only after I had returned the music. She provided a postage-free label, which is only valid if I mail it from within the US. From Canada I have to pay $20 postage - which is more than the price of the music! I should have looked at the numerous negative reviews before I placed my order: there are many who have had similar bad experiences. I advise readers to be extremely circumspect before ordering anything from this company. There are better options.

Provided music notebooks that will be going on 2 years now so they are quality made!

Had to log in to about 3 different sites to access what I had bought. It also didn't come in a mail directly, there I only got a picture of the front page. Instead I had to go to where my order to get sent to another page where I had to login to get sent to another page to log in where I could finally access my content.

Don't know why they had to make it so difficult but I will definitely blacklist them from sites where I want to buy sheet music.

When you plug in the music you want to order, it shows up, you purchase it. Then download the music sheet or musical item and then print it. It's as simple as that. It can't get much easier than that. The choices of the musical pieces range from the most simple to most complex. I love this site.

I ordered music and was unable to download it as my old password repopulated. I tried all automated instructions, and begged someone to call , as I had already paid for the music with Paypal. The situation remained unresolved and I finally gave up after about 20 attempts based on their automatic, totally wrong instructions. I will never order music from this source again

I order regularly and this site doesnt recognise my password/user name. I am done. I will order from Amazon from now on!!!

This company is impossible to get in touch with. No live person answers their phone number no matter how many times you call and what button you push. Why call it customer service if there is no service provided. I am purchasing for a school district and sent a P.O. and have been trying to track down the order since March. It is quite aggravating how it is NOT clear whether the product is digital or a physical book. This is the second time I've bought something that turns out to be a disc or download. I want the physical book to add to my physical library! DB

NEVER RECEIVED this sheet music & have tried without results to inform your company of this poor service. I’m out the money!!!!!!

I liked the amount of music sheets available, but sadly there was not enough for Euphonium instruments.

It was easy and fast. Plus, I did not need to open an account and have special passwords.

Sheetmusicplus has terrific potentials but seldom lives up to them. The website is not intuitive at all, searching is cumbersome. And in this world where the biggies, Amazon, eBay and other companies deliver for free or very little extra, their delivery charges are excessive, at times exorbitant!

Purchase was easy and sheet music was exactly what we needed.

I love buying digital music because I can print it on lightweight card stock so it stands up well on the stand with no page turning. Sometimes I inadvertantly buy the wrong arrangement so I would like to see the arrangement before I buy it.

I got what i ordered, in good time. I'm not sure that what I ordered is really what I wanted, but that's a separate issue. I wanted larger print, but probably just a little larger would have been better.

The spiral binding is very helpful. Pages lie flat.

I signed into sheetmusicplus.com and the cart asked for EVERYTHING that my membership already knows. You have enshitified(ala cory doctorow) their operation completely. The website sucks too.

Always an easy and convenient method off acquiring new music. ♥️
