I used to love your site, but after it was redesigned, the website doesn't work. I had a wish list that I had compiled over a few years. I am a teacher. I actually had bought many things from that list, but after the the redesign, everything on the list was gone.
Not only that, when I painstakingly tried to recreate the list several times, over several hours, nothing was saved. I put things on the list and the next time they are gone.
There are other issues, but this is the main one. I actually try not to use your site at this point. It's too bad. I bought a lot of music through your site and was a loyal customer.

Stardust for Alto Sax, but the solo was not transposed. Very disappointed.

I was able to find a piece of music that I couldn't find on other websites. Price was reasonable as well and download was easy.

My experience was awful. I could not sign in for some reason so I had to order as a guest.
Last year when I ordered I actually talked with a very nice lady who helped me submit my order. Now there is no way to actually speak with someone.
Now I’m patiently waiting for my order (s) to come. Last year when I had someone on the phone asking me questions, like “If a selection is not ready when the rest are do you want to hold all until the piece (s) are all in our warehouse”… my answer was wait and send all together please”…. Now I’ve been waiting for separate orders. I’m not happy with the way I cannot track my orders (s) I have spent a lot of money and I’m frantic that I will not receive my music.

Great selection of classical guitar music, and nice to have my title downloaded imediately.

I am pleased with the variety of music offered as well as the prompt delivery. I do find the new web page more tedious to locate the music I am looking for. I liked the other one better because it was easier to navigate

You sent music I ordered with priority shipping 1 MONTH LATE. No message from you about delay or an offer to cancel. I won't be using you again.

The product I ordered was supposed to be a printed book of music. Instead it was a CD of the accompaniments for the book I wanted. The picture look3d like the book and the description was not clear that it was only a CD, and not the printed music

Great choices, especially picking songs in various keys.
I use this website as well as JWPepper. Together I can find almost anything for SSA or Two Part choral works.

I have not received my music that has already been charged to my credit card!

There is a good selection of music in the period I was looking for. I was able to get what I wanted. Delivery was OK. However the book of Baroque music I chose was badly printed with too much printed on each page making it very difficult to read. I am quite disappointed with the product.

The Sheet Music i ordered ia a surprised birthday gift to my brother from the Philippines, he is a Music Teacher, he is one of your big Fan. One time i heard from him that he wanted to have the piece of Leron Leron Sinta but has no way where he could order the sheet. I researched in Google where i could get them, and finally i found your website, i ordered and sent to him thru my niece going back home.

fast, accurate, reasonable price

You had the Poulenc piece I needed. Even though reading has gone digital it is so nice to have paper music sheets. My friend said: play that Poulenc. I no longer had the music but you did! So thank you. It arrived in perfect condition. I used to know it from memory. You are reviving my piano playing days!

I found some music I was excited to find and ordered it. It arrived on time and in great condition. Great place to shop if you’re looking for sheet music.
