Very expensive ( double normal cost) plus add-on charges - charged a monthly landlord fee and then £10 for every issue. So what am I paying monthly fee for. Don't know any agency that does this ?
Issued notice to terminate but buried clauses mean stuck with them - consult a lawyer before signing their contract.
Never trust them. And they will find a way to take your deposit. Poor customer service👎👎
Worst lettings agent I have ever used. Moved into the building and there were a number of issues, and many things that contrasted to the advert. Notified them of these issues, and they 'chased' the landlord for a good couple of months - but only when i requested info. Ultimately said there was nothing they could do to help and to essentially suck it up. I would definitely not recommend using this agency, unless you want a rubbish service.
